Great 3 day stay here, my 3rd visit to this hotel. Everything is in walking distance

Very accommodating. Great location and clean rooms. Excellent value for money

Good location around 1.5km away from beaches. But don’t have elevator or lift you have to walk upstairs. Owner behaviour was good. Amenities were good they provided fridge, microwave, etc overall best hotel to stay.

The room is wide and the price is affordable. The toilet is clean and its worth the price. Not vert close to the night bars so its not noisy and you can sleep comfortably.

Location was near many eateries and Big C but not near places of interest. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Super value stay given the price and the facilities. It was a big room with balcony. Overall a superb stay

The room was clean and had a microwave, spoons, plates, and coffee cups. It was a bit far but worth the price. There was no elevator but I was quite satisfied. It was a bit far from the city center, but overall it was okay and quiet.

Normal budget hotel. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would say it's not very far to the ferry, but it's hard to walk in the heat. Overall, I'm happy. The hotel owners are very nice people.

The hotel is exactly a residential apartment, in an alley, not far from Pattaya Beach, more than 20 minutes walk, more than one kilometer to Alley 6, the room is ok, but the facilities are old, like the decoration of 20 years ago, but it is quite memorable, the room facilities are relatively complete, there is a refrigerator, microwave oven and a balcony that I like very much, you can see the school opposite, the disadvantage is that the dry and wet separation of the bathroom is not done well, the ground is easy to accumulate water, and it is inconvenient without a hair dryer. The cleaning staff will clean the room every other day. The boss is a 60-year-old uncle, very kind, and I arrived early and checked in for me.

Everything was fine, although our room didn't have a kitchen area.
