The rooms were clean with great views, and all the staff were friendly and able to communicate in English, which was a huge plus for international guests. Besides its own water park, the hotel's location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk to both the beach and shopping malls.

The environment is just okay, but the location is good. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children. The kids' pool is only knee-deep, so adults can't really get in, and children aren't allowed in the rooftop pool. Doesn't that sound contradictory? Anyway, just don't book it.

Location: Super lively, reminds me of Wangfujing – street food stalls everywhere, all sorts of supermarkets. Hygiene: The hotel only opened a few years ago, so it's very clean. Soundproofing: This is pretty average. I could hear doors opening and closing and people talking. WiFi: Extremely fast! Room size: Very spacious, and the balcony is great. The starry ceiling was really romantic. Room amenities: Has everything you could need. The bed was comfortable and big enough. Breakfast: Quite extensive, with plenty of options. The best part was the ambiance – eating breakfast on the 32nd floor with a sea view was delightful. Really nice! Pool and gym: Very good, with separate sections for kids and adults on different floors. There's even a water park! Hot spring spa is an additional charge. Highly recommend this hotel – it's excellent!

The room was decent, though it didn't directly face the sea. Breakfast was just okay, but the room service was excellent – even better than what you'd get at local eateries outside. The pool is on the smaller side, but the rooftop jacuzzi has warm water and a nice ambiance. The gym is also great with good equipment. I highly recommend trying the hotel's massage and hot springs.

We stayed in the family connecting suite at this hotel during the Chinese New Year, paying 70,000 RMB. I won't even mention the exorbitant price, but during our stay, the balcony door in our room severely pinched my mother's foot, causing significant bleeding. My husband's foot was also seriously injured at their hotel! I feel this hotel charges five-star prices, but when an incident occurs, their customer service staff came over and, instead of apologizing, immediately sneered and claimed there was nothing wrong with their door. Not a single 'I'm sorry.' That same evening, I contacted Trip.com customer service and explained that their hotel staff were discriminating against Chinese people. Today, the 20th, rooms are unavailable online, yet they still demanded we extend our stay at a high price of 5,000 RMB, without any apology whatsoever. I told them I could compromise with their demands, but given that my mother couldn't walk and needed to recover in their hotel, could I book a connecting room on the platform and get a suite upgrade? They refused, saying I couldn't book through my platform and insisted on payment in Thai Baht at their front desk, which would be the same price as my original booking. In summary, staying at this hotel is fine if nothing goes wrong. But if something happens, they first shirk responsibility, handle it extremely slowly, and their attitude is very rigid, forcing customers to accept their solutions. They completely ignore customer needs. If they're going to discriminate against Chinese people, they shouldn't take money from them. My consumption was not worth it, and the service I received was truly disheartening.

Families with kids, don't hesitate, just go for it! The children had an absolute blast, splashing around at the water park during the day and enjoying all sorts of games at night. There were so many lifeguards, and with one child at 9 and the other at 6, we were completely hands-free the whole time. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, but there was plenty to eat. Plus, dining options nearby are super convenient!
