Had 2 nights happy stay with free private parking and Continental breakfast included. Highly recommended!

Très bon hôtel, bien situé à proximité du centre de Pau. Parking pratique, bon petit déjeuner. Chambre un peu vieillote, certaines ont été rénovées mais pas celle que j'ai eue.

The free parking was what first attracted me on-line, but it’s the smiles and graciousness of the staff that will bring me back! True the parking is great, free (and secure, behind a gate) which is a big plus to me. The room is comfortable, and on the edge of the center, so you can walk to all the sites if you like. But the front desk staff was the best! Very helpful. Also a big plus and under the category of why hasn’t thought of this before: the room key folder hqs a map of the city center on it ! Brilliant! Will definitely stay again the next time in Pau!

Excellent staff. The reception staff were so inviting and kind on our arrival. Information given without asking regards places to eat & to go to. On our return that evening another staff member went out if her way to find us some milk - the small things matter!! Clean hotel Great private carpark!!! This was a nice property. Pau was a pleasant surprise and this hotel put us within walking distance of most things we wanted to see in town. There is a very friendly and helpful staff who had excellent restaurant suggestions. It’s a little bit run down with lots of chipped paint and dated furnishings, but it’s very clean and is overall well-maintained. Double sinks in the bathroom were great to have and there’s lots of space for toiletries with a good amount of towel racks and hooks; the toilet had its own separate room. There was even a full shower curtain to prevent flooding the bathroom! They also provide free parking, which is private and secure in the back. We’d definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Very good spacious hotel parking. Easy walk to local attractions especially Museé des Beaux Arts. Excellent breakfast which on our visit was available for nearly five hours. All clean at the juices and no messy spillages. No issues with bedroom. It would be our first choice if we were to return to Pau.

Second time in France and first time in Pau. So far this is the best hotel. It exceeded my expectations. We found it very easy, The room was big, having a big wardrobe, many hangers and storage space, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Overall very cozy. The breakfast was great. I regret we did not stay longer in Pau but I'm thinking of another visit. The receptionist was a very polite young man. The hotel must be proud with such employees

We had a good sized room in a hotel with a working elevator and centrally located near Place Clemenceau in the historical part of the city. Of particular interest were the breakfast jams made especially for the hotel. I had the best orange marmelade that I have ever had in France. Well done to the local suppliers.

Stayed 3 nights in Pau and fully enjoyed it. Even before the arrival, staff has been responding promptly to my requests and could immediately relate to them when they greeted me upon check-in. Room is very spacious, fridge is cold (unlike the usual mini-bar in most hotels) and has everything I wanted: safety deposit box, water kettle with tea, coffee and cream, bathroom amenities, a good hairdryer, and even a heated towel rack (this one really beats me!) Parking on site is very convenient, however the parking spaces have very narrow space in between cars so dents could be possible when people aren't careful opening their doors (I got one, unfortunately). Pau is a very nice town. Besides visiting the famous castle of Henri IV, strolling around town is very pleasant. For restaurants, I highly recommend L'interprète serving fine foods at very reasonable prices.

Great hotel with a very helpful and friendly reception lady - Suzanne. She was so helpful and friendly. She booked us a table at Le Dauphin and also organised a taxi to take us. Rooms very comfortable and lifts available to the rooms. Good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and large room with excellent bedding, the breakfast was gourmet and we liked all the staff, no administrator on arrival or departure, everything had been perfect , we will come back , good value
