Breakfast was good

We stayed there for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels by the last night because nothing was replenished. There was construction happening right across from our room and not once were we notified it would be happening. They also shut off the water for the day; again, there was no notification. The location was convenient since we were visiting Salem but the hotel is too rundown.

Had a wonderful day being as this was the only hotel with a hot tub near Salem where we were visiting at the time. I will say leaving the hotel was a little intense due to the fact you have to pull right into a very busy traffic lane, so be ready for that.

Everthing was good except for the dogs barking next door. When I booked I missed that it was a pet friendly hotel my mistake.... Besides that the place is clean and I would recommend it to anyone that is pet friendly.

Room ac didn’t work well. Had a dog smell in the room. Middle dryer doesn’t dry clothes. Had to move them after the cycle to another dryer because they were still wet. Had to ask for towels because we only had 3 for 5 staying in the suite. $3.47 overnight for parking is a bit odd.

When we got to the hotel our family of 6 with 4 kids had to be split into two king rooms because the hotel overbooked. The associate was very apologetic and did give us points through the Marriott app for our inconvenience. The stay was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The Breakfast menu was pretty decent. the pillows were garbage but the bed was pretty comfortable overall. The staff was incredible.

After going next door to hampton an not even checking in due to renovations and not stating that everything was under renovation i walked out. Saw this hotel an glad we stayed they are super professional and friendly even with my pups the breakfast was excellent the pool and hot tub was clean. I will def make this hotel my go to for now on only thing I didnt like was they charge for parking
