When we arrived we found out that the hotel is under construction and that the pool and dining area are closed until sometime in May 2026. The bathroom door did not close at all and the towels were hard. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was also no WiFi because the construction company had knocked it out of service. The newly installed shower had very low water pressure. I am extremely disappointed that Trip.com did not provide me with any information on the hotels current status. I will no longer be booking with Trip.com!!! I have lost trust in this site!!!

The room is OK and the design is very thoughtful The service is OK The breakfast is filling but not too filling Stayed for one night and checked out quickly Traveled on business and didn't care much about other things. Just wanted to sleep quietly Overall OK
