Bono is a good hotel, they have a good view. Good breakfast but sad the hospitality kinda bad.

DEAR MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ, 1. I checked in on January 6, you can check who the female front desk is on duty. Arrived at my table first who said "good afternoon" & your staff answered? "What do you want to do, sis?" I really shook my head. Can be trained again "good afternoon, can I help you?" Nice to hear & more professional. 2. I read the reviews but still hope to get a proper room. It turned out to be Zonk. The table, chairs were dusty, especially the headboard which was made of velvet, all dusty, the sheets, especially the pillowcases, were crumpled, dirty with lots of stains & hair (did you replace the sheets?), the toilet looked really good, just wipe it dry. Even the glass door looks like it's never been cleaned. 3. Along the hallway, the carpet has lots of big stains like water leaks/floods.

Worst experience while staying at the hotel. When the generator lights went out, it didn't turn on from 1 pm until dawn. Stayed on the 16th floor and went downstairs without any guidance or information from the hotel about what happened. The room was noisy, the sound of rain could be heard and the wind was coming in through the window gaps. We were promised compensation until August and we were contacted via local telephone if we were entitled to receive compensation, but when we wanted to reconfirm, we were told the voucher had expired.

Old elevator, after breakfast, the breakfast manager scolded members for being impolite while someone was still eating breakfast, and said "Don't lie to me" in an unpleasant tone. Wegilak only recently discovered this. My first and last stay at Hotel Bono, I thought it would be good, but the result was disappointing

I went for breakfast with my family, but it turns out as an unpleasant breakfast experience. The day before, we booked a breakfast for 5 pax and yes.. It was confirmed through whatsapp. But then, when we arrived at the hotel. No one knows the booking n had no idea about our reservation. Long story short finally we got our seat. And at the resto.. It was a hectic morning. No wonder since that day was Sunday. But it seems very obvious that they were lack of staffs n all their staffs were overwhelmed. No friendly gesture at all. Even not helpful. We got our table uncleaned and we asked for a clear up and somehow it took 30 minutes to get it done. It was 08.15am and the food in the buffet were all almost empty and there was no refill until 09.00. The foods were just okay. The chef on the eggs stations was very nice & friendly. I guess this is the only good thing. Lets talk about the health protocol. From 0 to 10, the protocol just 3. 1 for giving the hand washing station in front of the main door before we entering the lobby. The 2nd one is they provide hand gloves (even tho no one is using that lol) in the buffet as the formality i guess? And the 3rd one is. All of the staffs were wearing masks. And I guess that all of you guys can expect from this Bono Hotel. Most of the guest didnt wear the mask (even when taking the foods). Product: 5/10 (ambience, furniture etc) Services: 4/10 Food: 6/10
