Hotel with good service quality. The receptionists are very friendly, the parking area is spacious, breakfast is varied and delicious, and the room cleanliness is good.

This hotel is super old and definitely needs an upgrade.

The only issue I had that hotel reception desk staff could not find my reservation despite sending confirmation that room was booked. It took 20 mins to sort this out.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

Aircon in room 314 was not working. The hotel corridor is much colder than the room itself. Had to check out of there.

Great location but for food hunter not much choice around
