This hotel was pretty new when I first stayed here in 2015 and I had a pleasant stay then. Time has obviously taken its toll since then; carpets are worn, and although the room was OK, the water pressure was very low and there was no hot water. I lodged a complaint at the front desk and there was some improvement later on when I got barely lukewarm water out of the shower. The hotel is located on a quiet street a comfortable walk to the main commercial precinct along Jalan Jendral Sudirman.

Clean room but there is no towel in room. Please check the room sometimes there is no remote in the room to change the tv channel

Hotel near my destination, which is Jalan Karet When entering the room, there are still tissues on the door from the previous guest? There are still food bowls (from the previous guest?)

Nice and clean, at that price you can get breakfast for a husband, wife and one child. Also close to the market but unfortunately the parking lot is cramped

The room is empty, there is no fridge, there is no hot water, nothing, we are from Malaysia, the cellphone charger here is not even a plug, the service is so bad

Please pay more attention to cleanliness, the bathroom is quite smelly and there are no towels at all
