The only negative point is that the aircond outlet piping leaked and flooded the floor for the past 3 nights, though i have complained it to the cleaner to call the maintenance / technical guy to solve the leaking problem.

Low price and high quality facilities.
It was truly a great value accommodation.
The room was spacious and I was able to use the bathroom without any issues, so it's no problem for Japanese people.
