Nice stay here. Clean and fast respond staff are friendly.

Everything was smooth from arrival to checkout. Check-in was quick, the room and bathroom were clean (though not overly spacious), and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a limited selection, but all items were tasty and constantly replenished. Hot and cold water dispensers were conveniently available on every guest floor corridor. While not on a main road, the hotel is near a Soto Boyolali restaurant if you're looking for a convenient meal.

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

The location of the hotel is good, the check-in is clean and the room is clean.

Nice hotel

Yesterday I was praised for being good, when I posted that I was having breakfast, when I stayed for the 2nd time I got a slightly disappointing room, in the first room the TV channels were complete, when I booked the 2nd room I moved to only a few TV channels, then in the first room the hot water worked, when I stayed here for the 2nd time the hot water didn't and didn't work until my child got cold when taking a bath, and it was the rainy season. Even though the room type is the same, I got the first room price cheaper on this application. So far the hotel is worth it with that price. Compared to other hotels, I plan to come back to this hotel again tomorrow if I go to PKU again, because there are lots of food around and it is close to the Ramayana shopping center, I just want to give that input, pay attention to the last room so that it will be better in the future. So far the others are good.

Second time staying here, the cleanliness of the room is not bad but not good either because there is some dirt on the walls like spider webs or something, but it doesn't bother me, the shower is a bit noisy and the water smells a bit, but it doesn't bother me, the hot water is also not hot enough

The water in the bathroom was off, so I couldn't take a shower, unfortunately the hotel didn't apologize.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is really delicious, the only TV is all western films and the next room is so noisy that I can't sleep 🥺🥺🥺
