Palace Hotel & Spa Termas de São Tiago

A hotel that disappointed me, which is four stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ has almost nothing, except the staff and the food. Explaining better, I arrived at the hotel to check in and pay, everything was normal and well received by the employee, I went to the room and when I got there what was my surprise, a room with three beds when I had asked for a double bed and one of the beds and lock the opening of the access door to the balcony, I then went to reception and what was my surprise when the employee told me that they were full due to a wedding and it couldn't change after some more conversation the very friendly employee said she would talk to the superior to see what I could do. Some time later I changed rooms, to one with a double bed, that same room with the wall with a crack from one end to the other, the wall was dirty, the furniture was already quite used and in urgent need of change, the balcony door only closes with a push, the balcony with the cheapest plastic chairs there is (hotel⭐⭐⭐⭐) and the curtain in the part where it joins with and the other one lying down Not enough All this, the next day when I entered the room after dinner I found a cockroach measuring about 5 to 7 cm walking around the room as well as a huge moth butterfly flying from one side to the other. Tell me if this is a ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐😞😟 hotel

Bad experience! Traveling with a group of 50 people with just one person at the reception and bar for both functions - impossible! Breakfast with very little choice (just bread, ham and cheese) - even cutlery had to be ordered. Air conditioning does not work in the bedrooms or in the dining room. There is no refrigerator in several rooms

A strong point is the swimming pool, which is also wonderful, the breakfast is very good... Points to improve, the details, the towels better folded in the bathroom. Dinner, the starters were not on the table before we arrived and the dish was hotter

O serviço não está à altura do potencial do hotel. Espeço bom. Serviço deixa algo a desejar. O restaurante é caro e não compensa, sobretudo no caso de crianças (com 10 anos já pagam o mesmo que um adulto). A sala de jantar ficou com frequência sem nenhum empregado a dar apoio, pelo que se os clientes necessitem de algo nesse periodo, não têm a quem pedir.

Gostámos da estadia, o local é muito agradável e tranquilo. O quarto espaçoso com varanda. Foi pena o ar condicionado não funcionar. Jantámos no hotel, mas a comida era "aquecida" e não serviram o acompanhamento como estava na ementa.

Gostei principalmente do quarto fazia lembrar uma torre do castelo medieval, muito espaçoso. Da piscina interior com circuito e aquecida. Não gostei muito do jantar só com duas opções uma de peixe e de carne, às sobremesas estavam boas é pena não ter mais opções para intertimento dos hóspedes.
