Pretty good hotel

STRONG POINT: great reception and checkout, helpful staff. Exceptional dinner, not repetitive and very varied. Heated outdoor pool and doesn't close early, like some other hotels. Saves lives. Children's pool. Parking. Good breakfast, but we really missed turkey ham, since we observe kosher eating. POINTS TO IMPROVE: Copa baby was unavailable. Upon arrival, room 508 smelled like sewage. We were relocated to room 209, where we had a terrible experience with the toilet, constantly clogged and unusable: there were 3 requests for disagreement in 5 nights. The bathroom has no door, just stalls. _________ Accessible on foot to Beto Carreiro (10 minutes at a slow pace), but Penha City Hall could improve accessibility to the highway, especially the pedestrian crossing at the hotel, as there is no lane or traffic light. It is a dangerous crossing with children. The alternative is an equally dangerous dirt road. Negative point, not for the hotel, but for the city hall. The hotel offers a transfer to Beto, but the walk is so long that it's quicker to get there on foot. The hotel should demand from the city hall improvements in vehicle and pedestrian accessibility at the site. IN GENERAL, if it weren't for the terrible experience with the smell of sewage upon arrival and the recurring problem with the toilets, it would be an exceptional accommodation, but because of this the concept is just very good accommodation.

It was sensational, super polite staff, impeccable facilities, wonderful restaurant, wonderful entertainment staff.

The hotel and recreation with the uncles (Salsicha, Cacau) were wonderful. Service with a lot of empathy (Thainá). I recommend.

Transfer to the park, good breakfast, swimming pool and children's club. We will definitely be back. The gym can improve!

Amazing hotel! Very good structure, kids area, very cool water park for children, sensational breakfast buffet and dinner. Free transfer to the park, and if you need to walk, less than 10 minutes. Excellent location. Impeccable service.

SENSATIONAL! Excellent team, recreation 1000! Uncle toothpick and uncle sausage are the best!! We were very well received by the entire staff. The location is excellent, facing the park. It has a recreation and toy room for children and a games room for “older children”. Coffee and dinner have a wide variety, pleasing everyone! Bar always open with cold Heineken beer! I would definitely come back! In fact, I'm already planning my return!!
