"The rooms are great, like independent small apartments. Turn left out of the hotel and walk about 300 meters to Jiankang Road Pedestrian Street. Public transport is conveniently located nearby, with direct routes to many scenic spots. It's a completely self-check-in process, so no need to worry about language barriers. Smoking isn't allowed inside the room, but you can smoke by the hotel entrance where there's a trash can.
Cleanliness: It was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. However, there was no mattress pad, just a sheet, and the duvet cover shed, which wasn't ideal."

JJordan’sWe stayed here for 6 nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience—it truly felt like a home away from home.
Housekeeping is done daily, which was a big plus. They replenished one 2-litre water bottles, provided four small towels, and emptied the trash every day, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy.
The room comes with a small kitchenette that is well equipped with cutlery, drinking glasses, shot glasses, a kettle, microwave, and a full-size household refrigerator with both freezer and fridge compartments. There is also an electric stove, though the only downside is that no pots or pans are provided, so cooking is limited.
One of the highlights is the large, human-sized window that can be opened to let in fresh air, along with an amazing scenic view outside. The bathroom is clean and modern, designed in soothing neutral tones. They provide good-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the high-pressure shower is excellent—perfect for a refreshing bath after a long day.
The TV includes Netflix access without needing to log in to your own account, which is very convenient.
The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Since we had a longer stay, she kindly allowed us to use the washing machine, provided clothes hangers, and arranged a place for us to air-dry our laundry, which was very thoughtful.
The location is excellent—directly opposite the property is a 24-hour 7-Eleven. In the early morning, there’s also a café at the lobby selling coffee and baked goods, which is especially helpful as many eateries in Jeju only open around 10:30 am.
One thing to note: check-in should be done early, as the staff do not work overnight. After 7:30 pm, there will be no one available to hand over keys.
Overall, this is a very welcoming place, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return and stay here again.

GGuest UserHost and hostess are the most friendly and helpful people we met on this trip. They went out of their way to help us settle in. Seeing that I was travelling with my elderly mother and we were drained after our Udo trip before checking in, they helped us drive out to buy fried chicken for our dinner. We were taken aback by their kind gesture and really appreciate it. We were also served homemade drinks, which are the best we had, its much better than the drinks we had at other cafes.
The room itself is very interesting, the rooftop can be opened to view the sky and let in the breeze. There is a nightsky cam in the room that we can turn on in the night to view the ”nightsky”. This is definitely one of the most interesting places we stayed in.
I have fallen in love with Jeju and I will definitely stay in Igloo Pension when I visit Jeju again. Best place to stay ever!!!

GGuest UserThe beach is right out front, which was absolutely wonderful for water activities and soaking in the views. My only regret was not bringing a swimsuit to fully enjoy the water given its prime location, but I'll definitely make sure to pack one for my next visit! It's certainly a place I'd love to return to.
A quick note for future guests: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you!

LLotte IrisThe hotel's location is a bit inconvenient for major attractions, but the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. There's also a great coffee machine with good coffee in the lobby. We had a room with a sea view and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the value for money is excellent.

The owners are elderly who are very nice. However, my SIM cards can’t call, so lack of communication channel as they couldn’t communicate via WhatsApp, line or other app.
The room is clean and big for 2 persons, with basic amenities, towels, shampoo, hair conditioners, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush. With basic equipment for cooking, hot and cold water machine, smart TV. The amenities meet the 4-star hotel standard.
Remark: Didn’t able to manage the heater in the room. Sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold. As my phone couldn’t call, didn’t settle finally. Friendly reminder to ask the owner when check in
Tips: When take shower, need to keep turn on the water tap. If turn off and turn on again, need to wait for hot water again

RRJThis pension (Korean version of airb&b) is located by the water (but not for swimming). Clean and large rooms were great for our little 2 y/o. Separate room with 2 beds and a bathroom with a small corner bathtub. The bathtub was great since it had a built-in seat for a small child to sit during a bath. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and all needed cutlery. 2 large balconies to hang wet swimming suits.
A car is definitely needed since the location is not accessible without it and getting around to Hamdeok Beach is 5 mins away and a grocery store is 3 mins away by car.
Most places (pensions) don't have complimentary breakfast, but here the kind owner provides eggs and toast that's self-serve (diy breakfast).

It was okay. Spacious accommodations at an affordable price and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Perhaps because we went on a weekday, we were the only ones in the swimming pool, so we used it comfortably. We also paid an extra 20,000 won to use the barbecue! There is a tonkatsu restaurant below the accommodation, and the ramen and white pork tonkatsu are delicious! However, the terrace was a little dirty and there was a smell in the bathroom, which bothered me a little. Still, I think I'll visit again because it's great value for money!

The place appears to have been remodeled, but there are still some worn-out corners. The sliding door facing the ocean wasn’t very clear, which slightly affected the view.
The bed was very soft, which may not be ideal for everyone depending on personal preference.
We did experience some strange knocking or noise at the door in the middle of the night. However, everything turned out to be fine—we believe it was likely due to the strong wind.
The general area could be improved, as there were construction items left around. It wasn’t very pleasant to see, especially when going down the stairs.
On the positive side, there are parking lots available, and the property is located near the ocean, which is great for a relaxing morning or evening stroll.
Overall, the stay was okay for the price. The photos online seem more polished than the actual condition in reality

링링환I really wanted to go to Jeju Island in the spring, so I made a reservation with a friend in a hurry, and decided to try this pension on the first day. It was a bit difficult to get to the airport, but they came and helped me check in quickly, and thanks to them, I was able to go to my room and rest. It was hard to sleep because the noise from the mezzanine was so loud, but I would give it a 4.5 out of 5!
