Premier Inn Bangor (Gwynedd, North Wales)

Lovely breakfast and comfortable clean room, quiet too. Would visit again and about 15 minutes drive from snowdon. Was doing the UTS event and a perfect base to use to get in and out. Nice and easy and the right side of town to avoid going through Bangor

Booked a premier plus room as it was only £12 extra, for that it was worth it. However we did arrive to our room with no towels, I went down and asked for some and she did very much apologise at reception! We were also meant to get complimentary water with it being a PP room but we didn’t get that. Room was lovely, quiet, hardly heard a thing all night, bed was comfy and the air con was welcomed. We didn’t book breakfast as we were going to go and find something out of the hotel but changed our mind in the morning to which the reception said absolutely fine just go across. The man in the restaurant had possibly got out of bed on the wrong side as he was huffing and puffing with the people in the queue ahead of us and because we hadn’t booked told us we had to wait while he sorted a table and to the next people in the queue, he had no tables at all…. would have only taken a second to grab me a napkin and a fork)….but anyway after 10 mins we left. Totally understand we didn’t book and to have a small wait, but felt he could have been a bit friendlier! Would stay again as the hotel itself was lovely and quiet and worth paying for the PP room on this occasion! X

The rooms were amazingly tidy and clean and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially India she is a lovely lady working on reception desk. She was extremely helpful and kind during my stay. Would 100% recommend to other people who want to stay at Bangor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and restaurant. Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Restaurant was friendly and efficient with great service. Steven and his team in the hotel were professional, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. 10/10. Excellent. Da iawn yn wir.

Lovely warm welcome from India and information given. We were a little early for check, but we were offered our bags to be stored whilst we went next door to the pub for a coffee. Breakfast was booked during check-in to which was a very good choice of both cooked and continental. All staff very welcoming. The room at this premier Inn was absolutely spotless, better than some 4* hotels that I have stayed in. This is the perfect base for visiting Zip world

Classic premier inn, clean and spacious room, receptionist very friendly, convenient location with free on site parking. However Wi-Fi was down for a considerable chunk of our visit and the en suite has no ventilation and got very steamed up!

Stayed for one night while visiting our son at University. We had a lovely room, personally cleaned by Stephen. All the facilities you need and expect from Premier Inn. The Premium rooms are even better if you are prepared to pay a little more. Slept well and had a good breakfast too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed 1 night in March 24 Good - free parking but must enter reg in at reception, big tv in room, breakfast at linked restaurant is order service for hot food but standard was good Bad - room dimly light, room cold and dark, room grubby in places, bathroom grubby, hotel is split into 2 buildings, location over 1 mile outside of Bangor town centre near A55, no mobile phone reception in room, be decaffeinated tea bags available
