Full soap-rolling set including hair conditioner and body loose. Every day filled up water. Even toilet paper 3 is complex. There is a minibar. Not only worked a towel dryer-but it's trimming. Cleaning-girls try. Wiped even every time the dust on the cabinets. Spa is good clean Hamam, large swimming pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna. Spa hour a day for hotel residents free-skilled move by the leadership. Unfortunately there are 2 rooms for families with children. RESEPSHN . main joy and pain. The hotel has been chosen for a long time and therefore has been called with the Resepschn several times. And according to the competence of the answers it is clear that the changes are different and the qualifications are different. They booked 3 rooms and wanted to make 1 of the rooms late check out on the last day. They specified the girls on the first day - they said if your room is free up to 2 hours you can make it free. The day before leaving, the Resepshchn was asked once more. The KSENIA MANAGER replied in a sharp form that we cannot guarantee you a late departure and if you want it you have to pay immediately. What we did though we wanted to leave at 2 hours. the room extension cost 4500. We left at 2 hours actually didn't use the late free departure but the money did not return and at all wondered who made us pay them in advance and why. COordinate the work of the RESEPSHNA!!! This is the person of the hotel. asked the senior administrator but did not call him and the question did not solve. Very offensive for the money and nerves spent. The interior restaurant with the claim. menu is interesting. But ordered steaks - looks like the taste of ice-cream cooked meat. Service is long

Recently I had to visit the glorious city of Penza and the tour organizers booked this hotel. It made me a pretty pleasant impression. A spacious room, fresh and fairly decent repair, slippers, toiletries. I was alone and the room was provided with two narrow beds, I would prefer one but wide. In the hall was a cooler and a smooth board that was delighted. My room went out of the windows for parking and at midnight I listened to the musical addiction of Penza youth. apparently on this multi-level parking they have a seat of the congress of the car-melomans. A little rolled up breakfast, take whatever you want, but not yourself, but the girl-seller. The choice is not great, but, even for the fasters, you can take something. For 300 rubles will go.

Хочется, чтобы таких отелей было больше! Отель-сюрприз. Возможно, больше подходит для тех, кто путешествует на машине. Ехали к нему по территории, где нет машин и людей. Думаю, что со временем эта территория, как и в столицах территории бывших заводов, станет классным местом с лофтами, шоу-румами, кафешками. У отеля на бесплатной стоянке есть свободные места. Попадаешь в приятный холл, там есть большой аквариум с рыбками из Красного моря, только почему то в нем не было света. В номере прекрасный дизайн! Путешествовали с мужем и сыном подростком на майские. Сначала заказала стандарт, но там нет дополнительного дивана, поэтому доплатили за полулюкс со стеклянной перегородкой между спальнями. В номере есть все: халаты, тапочки, все гигиенические принадлежности и даже мочалка. Ванная комната просторная, с большим окном ( жалюзи есть). В ванной комнате широкая современная новая ванна, душевая кабина такая, что мы подумали, что это мини сауна как в Финляндии в квартирах)), есть биде. Чистота, красота. В комнатах современные ковры, зеркала, жалюзи, занавески, хорошая новая мебель. Завтрак с 7 до 11. Нужно заполнить анкету накануне, указав время, во сколько придёте на завтрак. В ресторане очень красиво и стильно! Нас очень вежливо обслуживал официант. Про еду: еды не много, нет шведского стола, но мы наелись. Яичница с сосисками. Сендвичи с курицей. Я брала рисовую кашу. Она соленая, как в столовке или пионерском лагере, в советские времена) каша-ностальгия) Есть, что ещё улучшить. Быть развитию! Мы восхищены дизайном отеля, тишиной, отличной кроватью, простором номера с высокими потолками и дизайнерскими решениями! В номере тепло и прекрасно дышится, хотя на улице было+ 8. Нет посторонних запахов. И очень, Оочень тихо!!! Прекрасный сон в этом отеле скажу я вам. И очень удобные подушки- не очень высокие и мягкие. Посмотрели СПА зону - тоже очень интересные решения комнат, есть русская со старинным патефоном, есть комната- джунгли! Очень понравился отель! Всем рекомендуем. А еда- это дело наживное, быстро изменяемое. Мы все очень довольны, что нашли этот отель, изначально смущала промзона вокруг отеля при выборе, но это оказалось НЕсущественным. Желаем отелю процветания и побольше туристов!

The hotel has been pleased with its cleanness and good and responsive staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet! From the window was reported singing birds) delicious breakfasts! Of the downsides: dinner in the hotel is not... and eat in the evening decent in the district nowhere! It is necessary to pull on the traffic to the center(((and terribly slow Internet!!!!

Хороший отель.Собрались с друзьями отдохнуть и выбор пал именно на это место.Отзывчивый и хороший персонал,чистота в номере,уютность.Немного перенеслась во времена СССР.Ведь атмосфера создает именно то время. Местоположение хорошее. Советую!
