Do not book this hotel. Photos say everything. The room was in an unacceptable condition from a hygiene standpoint. The bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned: there was hair left in the bathtub drain, visible stains and discoloration on the toilet seat and hinges, and dirt buildup on the floor tiles. This is basic cleanliness that a hotel should never fail at. The carpet in the room was heavily stained and visibly dirty, especially near the bathroom area. It looked worn, unhygienic, and poorly maintained, making the entire room feel unclean the moment you walk in. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel unless they are willing to tolerate poor hygiene and substandard room conditions.

Musky room. Itchy beds. Questionable bathroom cleanliness. Disgusting stain on the chair. Terrible bathtub drainage. Rotting wood furniture. Zero toiletries provided: had to call the reception before waiting 20 minutes for a toothbrush and some slippers. Non-functional A/C temperature control. Some of the worst TV set up I've seen in a while. Dizzying drive up to level 5 just for parking. Really slow receptionists. Horrible selection for breakfast, and even worse taste. I've never had scrambled eggs like this. At nearly RM250/night for the Fajar Deluxe King room, I'm being offered nothing but disappointment. Gun to my head and I still wouldn't stay here again, let alone recommend it to anyone. I'm embarrassed that I booked this hotel for me and my colleagues. I'm writing this review so that nobody makes the same mistake that I did. A sub-RM100 OYO could be better than this.

Came here for a night stay. The hotel provides parking but it is situated on the fifth level with viral path up. The hotel provides basic facilities.

Generally it's o.k. Hotel is abit run down. The aircon in the room that i stayed is hardly cold. 1st night the wifi in the evening like after 9.30pm don't seems to be acccessible. Each time you want to access the hotel's wifi, you have to keep on logging in again after each use. Not user friendly at all.

Convenient location. Hotel is not new but in acceptable condition. Clean and tidy. Easy check-in & out.

Nice hotel for night stays to your business activity later

Room is big and clean. The only setback is the shower place where there is no screen to block the water from splashing out. Each time we shower, the whole toilet will be wet, something that senior citizens like us is wary of

Hotel in a strategy location, a lot of food stalls around near hotel. staff are friendly, room is very clean except this time found a food string on the floor. air conditioner is not very cool but fan is provided. TV channel is not clear. other than that, all other things are ok.

I cancelled my booking on the 1/2/26 well before the dateline on the 3/2/26 but I was charge the amount Rm17323 on the 2/2/26, please make the necessary refund soonest and hope to received some feedback, thank you,
