Grand Sakura Hotel is okay if you just need a cheap place to crash, but it has a few drawbacks. The rooms are quite large, but the interior design and furniture feel quite old and dated. The breakfast selection was fairly basic and average. While the staff is okay, the overall property could use some modernization. It is fine for a quick, cheap night, but don't expect luxury.

Excellent! The hotel is clean and the breakfast spread is very generous. I booked it in advance from my home country. The location is easy to find, and the customer service and staff are all very polite. I hope to stay here again next time.

Bad service. Air conditioner not functioning well. Made a complaint to receptionist for that, a technician came and just cleaned it, still the air conditioner not properly function. I give an opinion to change the room, however they still insist to confort us to stay in the same room. They try to search for another room, however still the same. I asked for free room upgrade to solve the problem, as I had a family , my parents which is already 60 years old had a long travelling, already exhausted. The receptionist charged me for 148,000 IDR for room upgrade. This is not fare for me, as the problem is from the hotel side.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Sakura Hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful. The rooms and toilet are clean and tidy. Restaurant also clean and has verity of foods. Overall is excellent.
