Nice hotel, awful staff The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). Later, when paying for the city tax, it took her good 5 minutes to come up with a bill for €1,48. To top it off, the staff forgot to call us a taxi, despite being repeatedly reminded that we really need it to be there early morning, less we miss our flight. Luckily, an Uber was near and flight caught, but I will never set foot in this hotel again.

Me voilà arrivé a l'hôtel, vu de l'extérieur bien, accueillis par 2 personnes très sympa et après le CARNAGE commence. La chambre limite propre, un aérateur au dessus de la fenêtre qui envoi de l'air froid, de l'air aussi qui rentre et qui siffle par la fenêtre AUCUN RISQUE DE MANQUER D'AIR PAR CONTRE IL FAIT FROID. Le chauffage et médiocre et bruyant RESULTAT UNE NUIT FROIDE ET BRUYANTE. Le repas encore un grand moment, buffet des entrée 4 salades pas attirante des friands sans goût, pour le plat choix entre une viande ou un poisson servi avec du riz bien gluant tout bien réchauffer au micro onde. Rien de cuisiner sur place que du réchauffer. J'ai évité le dessert. Le petit dej conforme au reste. Le tout pour 139.88€ une honte. A j'ai oublié la télé il n'y a pas toute les chaînes signal trop faible. POUR MOI HOTEL A FUIR.

Parfait 4 nuitées passées pour les affaires au Riccoty C’est un sans faute ! Je n’étais jamais tombé sur un établissement où tout le personnel est super agréable, souriant etc ! J’en ai pas son prénom mais la demoiselle brune à l’accueil est un vrai rayon de soleil Ses collègues aussi 😁 Merci encore

séjour décevant hôtel affichant 3 étoiles mais qui ne sont pas à la hauteur: pas de personnel durant le séjour,1 petit déjeuner sur les 5 jours équivalent à un formule 1 amélioré, accueil moyen le premier jour personne le reste du temps, moyen de paiement uniquement par cb, je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour un séjour touristique mais éventuellement pour une 1 ou 2 nuits de passage, personnellement je ne le retient pas dans mon carnet d'adresse, aucun services à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 3 étoiles en comparaison Ibis est nettement plus sélecte.

Le personnel est au top, toutes les personnes rencontrées pendant les 3 jours étaient vraiment sympathique. La rénovation des chambres permet d’assurer un bon standing dans la moyenne de ce qu’il se fait à ce niveau de prix. Le petit déjeuner est largement suffisant. Le problème majeur vient du repas du soir dans le cadre de la « soirée étape » qui est totalement à revoir. Les plats sont du niveau cantine scolaire. Il faut corriger ça (quitte à monter le prix!) pour tendre vers quelque chose de plus acceptable.
