"If it weren't for the fact that I had paid for several days' worth of rooms and couldn't get a refund, I definitely wouldn't have been able to stay even one day. The room reeked as soon as I entered; there was urine on the toilet, hair in the bathtub, and the sheets were torn. The breakfast was so basic it contained no protein other than milk. Putting all that aside, the most important thing was the lack of integrity! The Indian or Pakistani receptionist at the front desk not only denied what she had said two hours earlier, but also denied promises made just ten minutes earlier, and even tried to extort money from me! It was utterly unbelievable! If it weren't for the fact that it was close to my workplace, I was unfamiliar with the area, and I had booked several days' worth of rooms that I couldn't get a refund for, I would have left from the stench and anger! I also want to thank Ctrip for their efforts in coordinating things."
