I had a lovely stay . But I wished I was accommodated to what I had booked . I had booked 2 single beds but was given a double bed and an extra wheeled single bed.  Also, I wished the staffs were a little more friendly. Other than that all else was great .

Good service and excellent location. However, the room did not provide bottled drinking water, which we believe should be included for guests’ hygiene and convenience. The bathroom was also very narrow, causing water to spill onto the floor after showering. Although I reported the issue to the front desk, the only assistance provided was extra floor mats to manage the water. A more practical solution would have improved the overall experience.

Ibis Perth is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. Lifts are operated with room access card. In the night, entering to hotel is also via room access card. Hotel provides shampoo and body bath, shower cap, coffee and tea sachets, hand and bath towel. Would need to bring along face towel, tooth brush and tooth paste in future visit. Walking distance to Perth underground station, and a stone throw away from luxury brands such as LV, Tiffany and Gucci outlets.
