Overall, the stay was pleasant, mainly thanks to the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The service was consistently attentive and professional, and any requests were handled quickly — definitely the highlight of this hotel. The location is excellent and ideal for exploring the area. Nothing to complain about in this regard. Cleanliness was good, but when it comes to facilities and comfort, it’s clear that the rooms are in need of renovation. Some furniture and fittings feel dated, which slightly affects the overall impression. Comfort is therefore more on an average level. The value for money is fair, especially considering the great service and prime location. However, with renovated rooms, the hotel could significantly improve its overall quality. Conclusion: Recommended for its service and location, with room for improvement in terms of room condition and comfort.

I was very satisfied with the location's convenience. It's very close to the station and city center, also the Rottnest Island ferry is only about a ten-minute walk away. The front desk staff were also very friendly. On my first day, they probably saw I arrived early and was tired, so they arranged a room for me early. However, perhaps because the hotel itself is a bit old, there were some stains in the room, and the curtains weren't fully closed. I need to confirm the room's condition with the hotel to avoid being held responsible. But the bathroom was very clean, and I liked the shampoo and body wash very much. The room was also cleaned very well every day! The only thing that bothered me was the environment near the hotel. On my first day, I saw homeless people, which made me a little uneasy. Maybe can improve the appearance of the hotel to make guests feel more at ease.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, and the subway makes it convenient to get anywhere. For a solo traveler like me, the room didn't need to be huge, just clean, and being near bus and subway stations was a must. This hotel met all my needs perfectly.

Excellent location, service, housekeeping and facilities. Only downside was the noisy construction works nearby or next to hotel. Workers were drilling and knocking during wee hours of the night/morning.

very centrally located, near train station, shopping malls, tourist attractions. our room is at the 2nd floor (highest) and is facing the street and noises even late at night is still very loud. food wise, ok cos most of the time we eat out.

The hotel location is near the Perth Station, Perth Underground Station, CAT, and Tranperth bus stop. Nearby restaurants from Western, Middle Eastern, and Asian food. Ideal for shopping. They met my need to have a quiet room. The room is small. Every day, they did a perfect cleaning. The bed is comfortable. Their reception are helpful and friendly, especially Laura and Tina. Had a wonderful time and will stay again.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to all the city's must-see spots, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The service is incredibly warm and friendly, and all the basic amenities are well-equipped. Plus, there's a breakfast bakery right downstairs with a wide variety of delicious breads.

Hotel was in an excellent location and the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Room was good overall, ceiling paint was cracked but all good aside from that.

This hotel boasts an excellent location in Perth, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, and the services provided were perfectly adequate for my needs. It's truly the best environment for solo travelers!

Convenient location, convenient transportation and thoughtful service.

This is a great hotel for a traveler! The location is superb, just a short walk from the Perth Railway Station. Only thing is noise cancellation is mediocre, my room facing the main street and you can hear odd shouting through the night.
