The Location is great as it was in the center of the CBD and just in front of Perth Library, however the hotel itself needs a lot of upgrading. The furnitures are old and dirty, the internet is slow and there are no microwave in the rooms considering that there are no available common areas and kitchen. The restaurant also close down a long time ago so details should be updated as well. There are also a lot of banging and noise that yiu can hear so it really is hard to sleep at times.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. Overall, it offers good value for money. However, the hotel is a bit old. Our room, 513, faced a wall and a platform, so we couldn't see the sky, which felt very stifling. We also found a large cockroach in the room.

Overall a good hotel to stay in. Big rooms comfortable beds and clean linen. Brilliant location right near the Hay Street Shopping Mall. I would stay there again.

Hotel is dated, the paint in the ceilings are cracking which is to be expected given the age of the building. The room does not come with dental kit, shampoo or shower foam. So be sure to bring your own. Take note the hotel requires a 250 AUD security bond before checking in. They accept both card and cash. Hotel is strategically located. It is easily accessible to the shopping street and Perth train station. It has some really good food joints just around the corner too.

The building is old, but the air conditioning worked well, and the location near Perth Station and the city was great.

The air conditioning unit, being somewhat aged, generated excessive noise, which disrupted our sleep.

Excellent location. Across the road there is "Red Cat" without fares. Only one front desk guide with good attitude and service. My double-bed room's faucet cannot be closed tightly and water pressure is not good.

Counter service very good. Room a bit run down. Convenient to move around.

Not recommended for picky travellers due to the low level of sound proofing. Location is perfect.

Top notch location right in the city center of Perth, helpful staff and free night time parkings nearby. The downside is the rooms are very old and dated and so not so clean.. I think that it remains nonetheless a good value stay in Perth Centre!
