Fantastic location that is close to the CBD and Elizabeth Quay, minutes walk away from the convention centre. I stayed here for a quick stop-over before catching an early flight out of Perth in the morning.

Would definitely stay here again. Convenient and very comfortable king bed.

The location was great, and it was pleasantly quiet. The staff were incredibly kind; they readily lent me a charger when my luggage was lost. My only minor concern was what seemed like a small leak from the toilet in the bathroom. It would be even better if that could be fixed.

Conveniently located near Elizabeth Quay train and bus stations. The room has its own washing machine for laundry.

I honestly expected a little better… I rang and enquired about an early check in, and a woman said yes no problem your room is ready now. Get to the hotel and am told “no your room is not ready, who did you speak to over the phone?” I did not recall the persons name but instantly I am handed keys anyway… after wandering around with my heavy overseas luggage on the level I was directed to by the hotel key accompanying card… i realised that my room isn’t on that floor… back to reception and the guy just crossed out the incorrect floor number and put the correct one. No communication, it was like a silent auction of a check in. The gym is tiny and the sauna isn’t switched on until you turn it on and wait 5 min. No water to add humidity to sauna. And with limited space and equipment, it’s not even open to a reasonable hour. Beds clearly 2 x single beds pushed together and uncomfortable to boot. For a 2 night stay given 3 raw sugars. No washing machine powder. No dishwashing detergent. Walls in kitchen and everywhere desperately needed a deep clean. Just covered in a build up of gross. I cleaned a wall while stalling, before I checked out early as I just wanted to leave. My favourite colour is green, but those hallways are the most Kermit The Frog on acid putrid green colour. If you are hungover, wear shades and a hat… Would not stay again. For the price there is so much better available. And I checked out Friday… I asked when I will be getting my deposit back… the lady said mid next week… great thanks for that…

The location is excellent, being close to Elisabeth Quay, but the path between Elisabeth Quay station and the hotel felt dark and a bit scary. Housekeeping is only every three days, and I would have preferred daily towel and trash changes. While there's a washer and dryer, the dryer was broken and unusable. Also, there were someone else's pants left in the washing machine when I checked in.

The location is excellent. But the room cleaning service is confusing. When we checked in and be told that room cleaning will be conducted every four days, sometime they did but sometime not. The facility is old and need to upgrade. The staffs in reception are very helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Perth CBD. Checkout was a little slow but apart from that everything else was good. The room is self contained with microwave and tea coffee making facilities. Would stay again.

The location is convenient with many restaurants nearby. The room facilities are old but functional. Being able to do laundry and prepare simple meals is a big plus.

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

Booked this room last minute due to an unexpected situation, and the process was super convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but it's great for families with kids. It's also close to a supermarket, so grabbing breakfast essentials is quick and easy, which is a real plus.
