Extremely difficult to enter the hotel past the check-in time. Hotel also failed to provide confirmation email and number.

Everything was broken or closed. Bar = closed Sink = broken Spa = closed down Reception = all staff go home and leave the hostel unattended. Showers = poor, no curtains so everything is soaked. Far from train station, uphill. Could be a lot better with a little bit of work

Good value for money! Comfortable and pleasant structure. Kind and welcoming staff. It was not possible to have breakfast and the luggage storage service is paid.

Great Place The place is centrally located, a few meters from the famous Etruscan Arch and within the historic district - the best place in town. The Staff was very accommodating and friendly... I will certainly stay there next time in town.
