This is a budget friendly hotel located near to Cochin airport. They have a very good restaurant. Food were delicious . Linens were clean. Toilets were neat and clean. Toiletries were excellent. Staff were super friendly and supportive. Shall return

This hotel is neither 5 star or luxury. It possibly was in the 1970s, but torn and stained bed linnen, tattered curtains, threadbare furniture, broken or missing appliances, shower that floods the room...there's more to say but I'll leave it here. Suffice to say this hotel makes a backpacker hostel look like a resort. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the elevator was nice.

It is very near to airport and the staff is very much sweet. They helped us with a weighing scale to check the luggage weight as well. They also provide paid shuttle service costing 600 from stay to airport. Stayed with family for 1 night. It is decent, yet can be improved a lot. (eg: no door mat outside bathroom)

Support staff clueless about hot water unavailability and guests kept in dark. Rooms were not cleaned, even though room cleaning service switch was on. We had tough time following up with the front desk team had to sit out for 45 mins to clean the rooms. Would not recommend this hotel with incompetent staff. No customer grievances addressed by manager or front desk superviser. There was a repetition that they would not enter the room without guests permission and there was no intimation from any staff and no one bothered to clean or replace towels

Room was good, breakfast was good but washroom was very small and congested and pool was not clean even after rewuesting in reception to get clean swimming pool, no action was taken.

It is an average hotel not like 5 star. Food was good but service was bit slow. Staff is nice. Room is ok but little smells.

Room was dusty and the bathroom drainage was not good the walls were not clean overall the room lacked maintenance
