Check in procedure was appalling. Confirmation email sent us to the wrong building. There was no reception or notice board telling us, and other people milling around, what to do. "Luckily" we set off, on foot, in icy conditions in the right direction to another building, only to be told that we still weren't in the right building. All in all, what with one thing and another, it took us about 2hrs to get settled. Also, there was no bar or restaurant in the building as advertised. My husband overheard one lady asking reception where the ski hire shop was only to be told that they didn't know.

Cet hôtel est confortable au moins pour ce qui est des chambres prestige. Dans les parages, c'est une adresse assez rare, c'est appreciable. Deux reproches cependant : fréquemment (lorsque l'hôtel n'est pas plein) il est souvent déserté par son personnel, le ménage n'est ainsi pas toujours fait, le papier toilette non renouvelé...c'est ennuyeux, la direction pourrait y penser pour en minimiser les inconvénients. De même pas de boissons accessibles le soir et aucun moyen de se faire un café ou thé dans la chambre...encore un effort !

Chambre directement réservée à Eliotel à 72 euros et facturée 86 ? Le motif était "Sommet de l'élevage du 4 au 7/1O/22" alors que nous y séjournions du 8 au 10 ? En outre, seules six chambres étaient occupées (d'après le personnel de service) et l'hôtel ne disposait d'aucune réception à ces dates. La paroi de la cabine de douche n'était pas étanche et nous avons du éponger avec les serviettes de bain pour lesquelles il n'y avait pas de porte-serviettes. La salle de bain en est dépourvue. Le petit déjeuner est plus que simple et ne mérite certainement pas les 10 euros demandés. Les cuillères à café ne sont même pas adaptées aux petits pots de confiture proposés puisque qu'elles ne peuvent atteindre le fond du récipient.
