Great hotel and lovely atmosphere. All it was very good also the food. My children really enjoyed tge animation after dinner time. We had a departure quite early in the morning and they prepared for us 2 big breakfast. Wonderful service. I'll come back for sure.

Hotel management service very very poor and rude behaviour. Coffee matching in room but no water inside the Matchin to make the coffee. We requested them to fill the water but they didn’t do anything. Today Night shift Manager was so rude with us because we had water bottles in our hands and the water we get from outside but night shift Manager stop us rudely start talking why we get the water from gym room but we didn’t even go to the gym to get the water. We came with our family to stay comfortably but those kind of behaviour how can we find comfortable. We pay lots of money expect good service but Hotel expo is completely different. Finally I will suggest whoever try to book the hotel please please thank before you book your trip.

Look no further, because this boutique hotel is excellent. Its location is unbeatable (400 m way from Scaliger Castle) and the private beach is such a welcome feature. The hotel’s interiors and grounds are both manicured and beautiful. Rooms are super clean and spacious (we stayed in junior suite with a lake front). Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The views of the Lake Garda are so therapeutic. They would nurture your soul, while the thermal water pool (temp. 27 C) would rejuvenate your body. Add a 7-day Spa treatment into the mix, as we did, and you would be one relaxed and happy person. Service is top-notch. Nothing is a problem or a bother for the hotel’s personnel. Gloria, Francesca, Sofia, Gerardo and Alessandro, to name but a few, would resolve any of your requests/concerns with a genuine appreciation that you are on vacation and there to relax. Speaking of relaxation - this is an adult-only hotel. Patrons are sophisticated, private and pleasant. In short, this hotel, its staff and their hospitality may “ruin” other hotels for you. Esperienza negativa..struttura potenzialmente di rilievo purtroppo in stato di abbandono. Nessun lavoro di restauro è stato eseguito, per cui la struttura si presenta nello stato originale con le stesse finiture e arredi in stato di degrado. Ciò rende la struttura non consona al livello attribuitole. Abbiamo riservato 3 camere direttamente dal sito per 2 notti al prezzo di 3 junior suite. purtroppo solo per una delle tre camere le caratteristiche riportate sup sito sono state rispettate. La metratura e le caratteristiche delle altre rispecchiavano un livello più basso in linea con le caratteristiche della “deluxe”: non avevano la doccia (ma vasca da bagno) ne tantomeno ambiente suite con divanetti /tavolo e poltroncina, i metri totali erano 24/25 e non 30/35 come da indicazioni del sito. In una delle camere non è stato possibile chiudere le finestre in quanto i serramenti erano danneggiati, in un’altra non funzionava il phon nel bagno. Quanto alla finestra un manutentore ha provato a far qualcosa ma senza risultato alcuno, se non assecondare la nostra di soluzione mettere un cucchiaino nell’incasso del serramento per mantenere ferme le ante 😂😂 fatte presenti queste incongruenze alla reception le risposte sono state vane, le finestre non si possono riparare perché la sovrintendenza beni culturali non ce lo consente 😅 (parole del direttore), del phon non ci è stato detto, la doccia e i metri sono caratteristiche indicative ma poi le camere non sono tutte uguali, quella sul sito è a titolo d’esempio, noi a catalogo le Vostre le abbiam classificate come “junior suite”, sempre parole del direttore. La Colazione molto risicata e poca scelta, il personale invita la clientela a fare cappuccino e caffè direttamente da un distributore automatico, chiedendola al tavolo la portano ma sembra ti facciano un favore, manca la spremuta..per carità saranno indicazioni sempre della direzione nulla da dire al personale di sala..insomma non un 4 stelle, ma un 3 stelle nella media..Non si fa una questione di prezzo ma di comfort che viene sponsorizzato in maniera ingannevole e poi al riscontro effettivo si rileva discomfort al quale il personale giustamente non riesce a dare motivazione. A quel prezzo c’è di meglio in zona!

I was a bit nervous to visit Parc Hotel as there wasn't many reviews. However, as soon as we arrived, my worries disappeared. Set at the base of Lake Garda, approx 2.5km from the main town of Pescheira del Garda is Parc Hotel and its vast facilities. We didnt venture over to the Golf part of the complex, no need as there was enough at the hotel area. Three (clean) ample sized pools, one called Laguna beach where most of the entertainment was held, one around the corner for families with smaller children and one quieter pool. At both pool areas there was a place to eat with a great selection of food from nuggets and chips to pizza, pasta and poke bowls. An even better if for these places would be to offer more gluten free selection for my celiac husband, but the staff made some adjustments to our orders to help us with this. My family stayed in the main hotel, made up of a huge double (more like queen) size bed and then my teenagers stayed on the bunk beds. Our view was of the golf course and the theatre where a couple of shows were held. Having a bed and breakfast rate, we ate breakfast in the buffet style restaurant. Some reviews suggested the orange juice was watered down, that only seemed to be the case on one of the machines. There was lots of food to choose from for breakfast, continental, cooked, cereals and fruit. We also ate here a couple of times for dinner which cost €20 per person, good value for the hungry teenager. The staff were super friendly and the entertainment was great. Something for all the family, the team catered for toddlers to adults and we even caught a performance of the Greatest Showman (applause). The team entertained you in the day without being over-powering, special shout outs to Cosimo and Alessio with their special dance moves. Even the dogs were dancing 😂 If i was to ask for something more, i would suggest some water in reception. Only a small thing, but we had walked from the train station as there doesnt seem to be many taxis in Pescheira (this was when we arrived) so some water would have been appreciated. Oh and i must mention on that note, the shuttle to Pescheira, really handy for getting to and from the town if you havent travelled by car. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I was here with my family for 3 days. We went to see Lago di Garda, Sirmione castle and (of course) Gardaland. What we did not know is that the little city close by named Peschiera del Garda is a hidden gem. It is so nice that we went there every day (it is a 15 min walk from the hotel). Hotel itself is really a nice one it has its own parking a restaurant and a kids park near by. It is on the main road but is it really a quiet area to stay in. Hotel room was very big modern and nice and we had good breakfast there. Looking forward to visit them again one day.
