Pet friendly Hotels Zhangjiajie

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The rooms are very price-friendly, spacious and clean. When we arrived on our first day we received a warm welcome from Fang Fang. She helped us during our whole stay in Zhangjiajie with planning all our trips to the Tianmen, national forest, Grand Canyon & Qixing Mountain. She made everything so easy for us and was always available to help. Her personal maps of the parks with her personalized routes are the best and very easy to follow. Nothing was too much for her, we never had such a great experience before. She also introduced us to her sister Xing, who also made sure that we had the best time ever during our stay. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy Zhangjiajie. A big thank you to Fang Fang, Xing & Dong Dong for everything, we will never forget you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Rooftop Hotel with Breathtaking Views! Staying at this rooftop hotel was an unforgettable experience! The stunning views of Tianman Mountain from my room were absolutely mesmerizing—waking up to such beauty in morning was a dream. Plus, watching planes take off and land at the nearby airport added a unique charm. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to maximize the panoramic scenery. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing at sunset, the vista never disappointed. The mattress was absolutely a bit hard for my liking, but overall, 99% loved the room. The combination of mountain serenity and airport energy made this stay truly special. I love the street food, and everything was written within walking distance. And unforgettable experience Wish I had more time to stay but I have to return to Canada, Unfortunatel.y😊 Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hotel with unbeatable views and a memorable experience!

The owner is such a nice gentleman. His sincerity, thoughtfulness and willingness to help really made all the difference between a very good stay vs a superb stay. Others places we have stayed might offer similar hardware ie very comfortable and clean stay but the owner is a seasoned tour guide so he helped design our daily itinerary according to what we could do or did not get to do the day before. He also got us discounted tickets to the different places and activities we went/did. His advice, combined with the off peaked season translated to no time wasted on queuing at all within the National Park during our 4 days visit to the park. We had a blast! At the Grand Canyon, my 11 and 7 year old did the Fei La Da cliff-side walking activity and it was so fun for them. We highly recommend it. And if you were to buy tickets directly with the owner of the hotel it’s discounted too. The room is cleaned daily and our good quality towels are changed daily. Bathroom is spacious and clean. There’s two common washing machines available to use for free with the laundry detergent / powder provided and laundry can be hung at their covered terrace. We travelled light so this was most helpful too. We 200% recommend this hotel and give it 6 stars for the value it offered at the price point. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good location. Near the bus station if you need. The room is spacious. Near the east gate and eateries. Breakfast was ok. Something annoying as a few customers started smoking before they left the breakfast area. Only the bathroom tap was harder to control the water temperatureto my liking for my room.

The most satisfactory hotel in Zhangjiajie. The service at the east gate of the scenic spot was very enthusiastic. They called us in advance to help us arrange the tour route of the scenic spot. They provided great help to our family and arranged car pick-up for us. They also ordered tickets for the scenic spot. They were very considerate, with a good environment, complete facilities, and clean hygiene. Their hot water facilities were very stable and the water supply was sufficient. It was very comfortable to take a hot bath.

The staff of the hotel were very helpful, the manager organised all park tickets for us (Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen mountain), the transportation from Zhangjiajie city to the hotel and in the morning the manager drove us to the park entrance. The hotel is only 2km from the park entrance. In the evening we were walking back. We had nice chats with the staff and were invited to share tea with them. XibuStreet Inn manager has been extremely kind with us. His wife speaks English and we have been using translator app to communicate.

First of all, this is my second time in zhangjiajie, and this service was the best. The lady from the reception helped us book all tickets to the national park and the tianmen mountain and even took the time to plan a custom itinerary with us. This was the best service I've seen so far. She is also always available on WeChat if questions during our stay arose. The room was really spacious and clean. Unfortunately the door lock didn't work, but you can open it only with the room card anyway. The room was cleaned everyday and bed sheets were made too. We also got fresh water bottles daily (high quality ones). The room features a tea set including dried tee to make traditional gongfu tea, which was awesome. During the night, if you are a light sleeper, better get some ear protection since the street in front of the hotel can be loud at times. But the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was really big. I loved the rain shower and the big bathtub. The tap of the tub was damaged which was a little inconvenient. The room also features coat hangers to dry clothes, since the hotel also provides a laundry room with clean and powerful washing machines (which saved us honestly haha). The rain shower is amazing, the temperature was also great. A little downside was that the shower gel was empty, which can easily be requested for refills (we used our own). Apart from that we got vanity kits, tooth brush kits and so on. The hotel's location is amazing. To the tianmen cable car it's a 5 min Didi ride (2 km). To the national park it's 30 min by Didi. There are many restaurants and shops, a pharmacy and supermarket in the vicinity (5 min by foot). And each time we returned, they treated us to tea! I can really recommend this stay and will definitely book it again when I come to zhangjiajie again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very attentive and hospitable. The restaurant that served breakfast noticed that my kids were not used to the local cusine so they took the initiative and made french fries for them, which made them very happy. Xiao Wu was especially great. Aside from being one of the primary hosts he also served as a tour guide and driver. Because our group included several seniors and some young kids we opted for the guided tours and private cars. Xiao Wu arranged everything and effeciently led us through most major landmarks. There is no way we could have seen as much as we did if not for him and his team. We also got to eat at some neat restaurants, which we would not have known about if we had struck out on our own. Xiao Wu was also extremely thoughtful and patient and even helped my elderly father when he needed assistance walking. From start to finish, our experience here was just exceptional. I have already recommended them to several relatives and friends.

這次入住民宿的體驗太棒了！進門就有一個庭院，院子裏種了不少花花草草，很温馨，老闆也特別熱情。屋子收拾的乾乾淨淨，床鋪睡着也舒服，生活用品啥的全都有，像在家一樣方便。老闆也實在，在這吃飯也方便，老闆做的飯也特別好吃，超預期的好，強烈推薦。

I traveled with my family and chose this hotel. The accommodation experience was absolutely amazing. I have to give it a five-star rating! The moment you step into the hotel, you will be infected by its elegant and grand atmosphere. When checking in, the staff was not only extremely efficient, but also patiently answered our various questions about nearby tours. Their attitude was as friendly as old friends who had not seen each other for a long time. The room is very warmly decorated, spacious and bright, with great lighting. As soon as you open the window, you can see the beautiful city view, and your mood will instantly improve. The bed was clean and comfortable, and even the pillows were at just the right height, allowing my family and I to have a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also very user-friendly, and they provide toiletries specifically for children, which is very thoughtful. The hotel's supporting facilities are also quite complete, and the children had a lot of fun. The equipment in the gym is new and diverse, meeting my daily exercise needs. The catering is even better. The breakfast is rich and varied, from local snacks to Western cakes, each one is delicious. The restaurant environment is also very elegant, the waiters are warm and polite, and the dining experience is excellent. This stay left us with a deep and wonderful impression, both in terms of service and facilities. Next time we travel, this hotel will definitely be our first choice, and we also recommend it to friends who are looking for high-quality accommodation!
