We stayed at this hotel for our vacation and had both positive and negative experiences. Pros * The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us with every question we had and always tried their best to help. * The hotel’s taxi service was surprisingly cheaper than both Grab and Xanh, which was a huge advantage. * The location is great if you want to explore Sunset Town, as most attractions are within walking distance. * It was a nice surprise that the room included two toothbrushes, two small tubes of toothpaste, a comb, and a hairdryer. Cons * We saw several cockroaches around the hotel, especially in the hallways, near the elevators (inside the gaps), and in the lobby. Fortunately, we didn’t see any inside our room. * There was human or animal feces left in the lobby, which caused a very unpleasant smell that remained for several days. * When we arrived, our room was not properly cleaned. We had to clean it ourselves before feeling comfortable. * No toilet paper was provided upon check-in, so we had to buy our own. We also had to purchase dishwashing detergent ourselves. * Housekeeping only comes about once a week, but on different days each week, making it impossible to know when they will arrive. They also enter the room without prior notice by simply opening the door. There is no “Do Not Disturb” sign system. On one occasion, I wanted to decline the cleaning service, but due to the language barrier, it took some time to explain this to the housekeeper. * There was ongoing construction nearby, and the noise was extremely loud, making it difficult to relax. Final Thoughts The excellent reception staff, affordable taxi service, and convenient location were definite highlights of our stay. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of basic supplies at check-in, unexpected housekeeping visits, cockroaches in the common areas, unpleasant smell in the lobby, and constant construction noise significantly affected our overall experience.

For the first time on the island of Fukuok, I booked several hotels based solely on reviews. This hotel was the third in the account and I decided to stay for another 14 days, TK I love calm, measured, at home. Near 2 beach, Kham(walking 1 hour) and Sao Beach(30 minutes walk), for me this is a distance of a penny, I love and need to walk a lot. But there is an alternative to motorbike and bike. Near the supermarkets, the market where all vegetables, fruits, fresh pork, beef, seafood, prices are much cheaper than in the center of the island. Many cheap street cafes . An absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were great, and the butler service was excellent. Plus, they offer shuttle service. I'll definitely be back. ❤️ It was also very clean and child-friendly. The pool was spotless. Everyone should give this place a try – truly impeccable and wonderful. They even have their own supermarket, restaurant, and spa on site!

Stayed for 7 nights, and overall everything was fine. The owner was always available on WhatsApp, and cleaning and towel changes were done upon request. We were given a slightly different room than what we booked, but it was actually better – in a quiet location not far from the water taxi and a park. The only downside is that there are ants, so don't leave food or sweets on the table; we stored everything in the fridge. The beach is about 1 km from the hotel, which we walked, but you could also take a tuk-tuk.

Это оазис, уютный новый отель в стиле эко, мне очень понравилось дизайн номера и территории. Это идеальное место чтобы медитировать, наслаждаться природой и встречать рассветы. Меня очень порадовала ванная с пеной, приняла за сутки 3 раза))) Это кайф, с видом на сад. Собачки и хозяин милые. Рядом ловят рыбу. Лучше ехать на байке , ибо рядом мало где можно поесть или дорого. Пляжа нет, есть места для загорания. Чисто и красиво!

It's really good for the price. I made a reservation for a short break for flight time, and the room was also clean and cool. It is a walking distance from Duong Dong Night Market. The staff are friendly and recommended for those looking for a cheap place to stay.

The setting is lovely, a charming building nestled on the hillside. My only complaint is that the facilities are quite dated.

I read reviews that said it's total crap...no, I disagree. The hotel is clean, the rooms are very large and clean. The hallway and stairs are all clean. The bed linens are clean, the pillows are comfortable. There's a pool, and the water is clean. Cons: the windows where they haven't been cleaned are barely open. The fan is covered in dust, the shower didn't drain, and there was always water on the floor. And of course, the location is great, only by bike! Taking a taxi would be expensive, as there's no other transportation.

We had an amazing stay at Sea La View. The private villa was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with a stunning sea view that made our stay truly memorable. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and local attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Everything was well maintained, and the service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.
