Had a really good stay here, literally a short walk from JayaOne so it was easy to get stuff that I needed. The host was also very kind and responsive when I had questions or any trouble with any if the amenities. Place was clean and as per description. Area was also quiet and the WiFi worked well so it was perfect for my remote working when I was there. They also tried their best to let me check in earlier which I really appreciate. Would love to stay here again if I'm ever in KL.

A very satisfying experience. Apt is strategically located, behind Columbia Asia Hospital Petaling Jaya. We love the surrounding area, easy to find Food and there's an AEON supermarket. Its smart door handle is really useful. Jenny also quick to response to our request. Our family loves the apt! It's spacious, comfy and has complete amenities. Will definitely come again!

I love the easy & hassel-free self check in/out of the accommodation. It makes you feel at home, especially with the "home equipments" provided in the unit. I really like the home-stay concept in the midst of commercial area because it gives me more options if I want to prepare my own meal rather than relying on food outlets around the area. Pacific Tower is so strategically located which makes it almost an ideal place to stay in PJ and an excellent mode of accommodation especially for low budget travellers.

The location is decent and convenient enough for getting around Bukit Bintang area. The unit itself looks clean and new, just like in the photos. However, there are a few issues that affected our comfort during the stay: • The curtains do not fully cover the windows (there are gaps on the sides), so the room doesn’t get completely dark. • Soundproofing is quite poor — we could clearly hear noise from outside and neighboring units. • One of the air conditioners was not working properly, making the room feel warm and uncomfortable at times. While the unit appears modern and clean, these problems made the stay less relaxing than expected. Better curtains, improved sound insulation, and ensuring all air cons are fully functional would greatly improve the experience.

We had a very pleasant and happy stay. The place is very clean and location is a plus point. Plenty of eateries around the area. Check in and check out process were at ease with very clear and precise details given. Jenny is definitely a superb host.

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the place. There was just a small issue where one of the sockets caused the toilet light to trip a few times, which was a bit frightening, and we had to turn the main power back on ourselves. Hope this can be checked for future guests.
