I had a pleasant stay at Paxtonz KL Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice view of Empire City. The facilities in the room were complete, including all the necessary utensils, which made the stay very convenient. Toiletries were fully prepared, so there was no need to bring extra essentials. The soundproofing was surprisingly good, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is a great place to relax. There are many many restaurants downstairs, making it easy to find food at any time. The only downside was that the lift waiting time could be quite long during peak hours. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The establishment offers a pleasant environment, and the accommodations provided were meticulously maintained. The interior design of this hotel is exceptional, exuding a luxurious aesthetic that extends to the in-room accessories. However, the absence of a washing machine was notable, and locating one proved challenging. Upon discovery, it was determined that a fee is associated with its use for laundry services. Furthermore, the shower system and fixtures in the washroom were found to be substandard and did not align with the overall quality presented by the hotel.

The hotel room is big and comfortable and is the same as show on photos. I’ll stay again.

Overall experienced was pleasant .. check-in was smooth and staff was friendly… the room is spacious and comfortable.. there’s ample parking spot available and easily accessible to nearby shopping mall .. definitely recommend

This is not my 1st stay, choose to come back here again for my business trip, and for visit the empire city. The room is clean n big, enjoy so much for 4 days 3 nights.
