⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay at Paxtonz Hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, and everything was good overall. Good value for money. Would definitely come back again!

. The property benefits from an excellent location with convenient access to Hextar Mall, and our overall stay was very pleasant aside from a couple of service and operational issues. The primary operational drawback was the elevator service. The wait times were excessive; on one occasion, it took approximately 25 minutes just to travel down from our 12th-floor room to the lobby. Additionally, we experienced rather rigid customer service on our final day. Given our late-night departure flight, I inquired at the front desk about extending our 12:00 PM check-out by two hours to 2:00 PM. Considering we were concluding a seven-night stay, it was disappointing to receive a flat refusal with no attempt at accommodation—such as offering a prorated hourly fee. Instead, the only solution provided was to book and pay for an entire additional night. Please note that aside from the accommodation itself, all amenities and additional services incur extra charges, which is standard for a private holiday rental.

Nice place for travellers with family, have swimming pool & gym. Walk distance to Empire Mall & the mall quite new & decoration was so nice. My kids love it

The room is overall clean and with stylish interior furnishing. It is also convenient for simple meals after work as equipped with induction cooker and microwave. It is a plus point that it has direct access to Hextar mall where groceries, restaurants and daily necessity can be easily obtained from the mall. The staffs, guards and housekeeping staffs are also very kind and helpful whenever I have needs and rectify room issues swiftly. I also get the chance to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi with beautiful rainforest landscaping on the 25th floor during evening after work. Besides of Hextar Mall, it is also near to several malls such as 1Utama, the Curve and IPC shopping Centre. Even during tiring night, it is easily access to some night snacks from the convenience store, Bila-Bila Mart on the G floor of Paxtonz. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Paxtonz and would return to here for my next business trip.

Returning here to stay. Everything still great except the towel. Checking in was faster too as now they have 2 more person manning the front desk.
