A thoroughly pleasant stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. The room was clean, well-appointed, and generously spacious, providing a comfortable and restful environment. The international breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of both Western and Asian options, all well prepared and efficiently replenished. Service was a standout — special kudos to Ganesh at Reception for his warm professionalism, and to Suhaidy at the restaurant for her attentive and friendly service. A dependable choice for both business and leisure stays.

Everything is good but temperature control in the room is centralized controlled. Hence to make room colder to your liking cannot be done. So room feels warm. And for Malaysia weather, this is not a good thing.

Overall, it is acceptable but could be improved—especially the car park. There is no lift, and guests must use the staircase to access the hotel lobby. In addition, the car park is poorly lit. Regarding Services, please ensure that all guests are treated equally.

Staying at the Hilton Petaling Jaya for my business trip in a deluxe twin room was an absolutely perfect experience! The room was spotlessly clean, and the environment was quiet and elegant, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and any requests were handled super promptly. The hotel facilities are also excellent; both the pool and fitness areas are very well-maintained. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

I always choose to stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur. The experience is consistently good, from check-in to check-out. The check-in process is convenient and straightforward, which makes arriving stress-free. The breakfast buffet is always solid, with a good variety and consistent quality. Service throughout the hotel is excellent—staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. The amenities are also a big plus, especially the well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and the restaurants located within the hotel. Overall cleanliness is good and the room is tidy, though the shower heads could be cleaned more thoroughly. That said, the rain shower in our room had very strong water pressure, which was great. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable hotel with great service and facilities, and I would continue to stay here on future visits to KL.

Overall the rooms were good. However the food wasn't delectable. Lack in taste. The pastry chef really needs improvement as all his pastries was totally a bummer. The fact that it was the slowest moving items during the buffet should be a tell sign. Main Chef was very humble and kind to assist on separate meal. A huge shout out to that. I come to Hilton pretty often for Christmas lunch or dinners cause it has always been the best meal among all hotels including ritz Carlton. The food spread snd taste in Hilton has always been a highlight. Unfortunately, this year was a total let down. Lounge snacks should atleast include sandwiches if possible. The desserts were a total miss throughout. Everyone else was kind except one front desk male whom answered the phone quite rudely, otherwise the others staffs were amazing.

Overall it was a good stay at Hilton PJ. The staffs were welcoming, amazing room space, amazing breakfast, spacious gym.. however the room chair and bed sheet I could see stains on it. Also the hotel needs decorating with sound proof wall. Couldn’t sleep well due to the noise from highway.. so noisy

I chose the package that included both breakfast and dinner. For the two dinners, I picked the Chinese restaurant one night and the Japanese restaurant another. Personally, I preferred the Chinese food; the Japanese meal was a bit simpler. I didn't get any photos of the Chinese dishes. The hotel also gave a lovely surprise – when we returned from dinner, we found a small cake waiting in our room!

I'm very disappointed with this booking with trip.com and Hilton petaling jaya. I bought a vacation and dine package, when I looked into the details, I couldn't find any details for the dine in place. I was written in an enquiry message on dine in detail, but there's no reply at all. Therefore I assume the dine in package is with buffet dinner. When the date I checked in, reception told me that the dine in package can only claim either at japanese or Chinese cruise restaurants with estimated set value at RM45, which means total dine in value was RM135. If I know the value of the meal, I wouldn't do this booking which I feel cheated by the platform or hotel to force me to buy a dinner which I can easily buy in any outside restaurant. There is no savings for me to spend RM607 when the hotel room is worth RM450+, and dinner at RM135. Further, the room was smelly and the milk in the room was opened. This is my first time staying at the Hilton hotel, I would say the standards are far below several hotel under marriot groups that I stayed at before.
