I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the front desk service during my recent stay. When I requested two bottles of water since there were two of us staying in the room, the staff only provided one. When I politely asked if I could have one more, I was told that there were none available.
I find this response quite unreasonable and disappointing. For a hotel of your size and reputation, it seems unacceptable that you cannot provide sufficient drinking water for the number of guests staying in the room. I hope you can look into this matter seriously and improve the level of service.

Normal budget hotel, but cleanliness & service need to be imprived. Booked here bcs the location is in SS2, so many food surrounding the hotel so easy to find food.

Generally 99 hotel is decent in the neighborhood. Close to shops which is convenient. Have always booked 99 whenever friends/relatives come to PJ. Near to where l am presently staying.
