Always been my first choice to stay whenever working in ss24. This time their room is quite dirty. Strands of hair all around the room and toilet. Paint peeling off with debris. And stains on towel and bedshert. Housekeeping need to improve more on this. Rest all was usual. Nearby many eateries and convenient shops. Walking distance to nearby lrt station.

i dont likee guys receptionist he work like her father as owner of the hotel because of i just wrong book room type then have same issue i want change room queen size with window , short long story must pay via tng then that time my tng have problem i give cash he said cant accept i wait infront the hotel like i crazy find some1 to help he just then if come infront her try to do work n busy im just wasting time book the hotel that day very² upset , from 1clock somethink 1st said room still cleaning ok i accepting or mybe bcause i come to early then i got room 5oclock something , even so i really tired and hungry 😢😢😢😢, that picture as u can see mine battry very2 low then hes still argue said i no pay that time i want show her but my problem jammed n stuck , so second picture is proof i alredy then i really tired 11oclock he knock my door wants proof when im going down show i cancel change because its ok nvm bcause the single room not guite small for me , then he said i must wait 3 days to get refund im waiting ,

Stay at your own peril. Hotel’s front desk looked decent but service was poor. While we were able to check in early around 1pm, it seemed like housekeeping had done a shoddy job at cleaning the room after the previous guest had left - no photo but there was still rubbish and dirty towels lying around when we entered the room. Took them nearly half an hour before something was actually done. Aircon was also not working, only had hot air blowing out of it and we were left perspiring on the only night (thank god) we were there. The only saving grace was that the toilet was spacious with strong water pressure. While price was ok, still would not recommend unless you’re really on a budget.

The towel and bedsheets are dirty. Will not book again. I hope the management can do something.

Room is clean , staff nice, quietness so far so good

A practical stay in a great location—restaurants, convenience stores, public transport, clinics and a dentist, all within a minute walk. But there was a lot of black mold in the bathroom and I saw a cockroach as soon as I stepped in. Some dust too, dirty looking flooring outside the rooms. Other than that, strong AC unit and comfy bed. No bad smells.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The facilities are great, it's new and looks clean. Definitely much better than other Kuala Lumpur hotels in the same price range. Highly recommend!

I had a good stay and it was definitely worth the price. It’s easy to find food nearby.

Everything was perfect there except they accept cash only 🫣 Lucky they gave me QRPay for tax payment

Very good location very near a LRT Station. Very convenient to move around.

Very basic hotel , don’t expect something nice with the price you give.

The front desk service was excellent, and there's a Mix nearby too.

Need improvement for the window since is quite broken and not soundproof. The trashbin not cleaned everyday and its to small for the whole floor.
