Royale Chulan Damansara

stayed at royale chulan for my sister’s wedding and overall, it was a nice stay. the hotel has that classic, old-money kind of vibe which i really liked, although i do think some areas could be maintained a little better to bring the hotel back to its full charm. overall, it’s pretty much your average hotel experience — nothing particularly extraordinary, but comfortable enough for a short stay. special shoutout to the man in the blue baju melayu who helped us with our bags. his service was honestly 10/10 — very helpful, friendly and made such a good first impression. ⭐️ breakfast was probably the weakest part for me, around 6/10. there was room for improvement in terms of the food and overall selection. overall: a pleasant stay, beautiful old-money atmosphere, but definitely could use better maintenance and an improved breakfast selection.

Cleaner done a good job, room is spacious, breakfast is good, with standard. What can be better: to refurbish some turned furniture. Overall, worth to stay.

Here for 3 nights for a course nearby. Had a few hiccups during my stay. Didnt like the hospitality. Housekeeping was not great but after reporting directly through their whatsapp number, manager Bella was quick and attentive to rectify the issues. Appreciated the service recovery from the Manager Bella who strived to make it right. They were responsive to the feedbacks given. As they cater to alot of guest, standards of hygiene and Housekeeping may lapse without the knowledge of the superiors/managers. Should you have any issue during your stay, you should directly let them know and they will be happy to rectify the issue.

A Wonderful Stay with Amazing Scents! I had a fantastic and very comfortable stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. Everything was truly all good, from the welcoming entrance to the cozy room. One of the absolute highlights was the bathroom amenities, the shampoo and shower gel smell absolutely divine! The combination of Bergamot, Jasmine, and Sandalwood is incredibly luxurious and refreshing. The bed was comfy, the room was spotless, and I loved the little details like the water bottles and the elegant armchair. An impressively curated morning meal that met my dietary requirements.The menu excelled at combining culinary quality with complete nutritional value. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Royale Chulan Damansara was well connected with mrt mutiara Damansara. Check in process was smooth although there was some crowd. RM5 will be collected for environmental fee. The room was well maintain. Simple yet clasdic. Large android tv was provided and this was a huge point. YouTube, netflix and etc was installed. All toiletries was provided. The infinity swimming pool was good and towel was provided too. For breakfast, wide selection of food can be chosen. Very satisfied with the food. Please come early to avoid crowd during public holiday. Will come again next time.

Although the hotel looks outdated, facilitiesand cleanliness can be improved, the service and location are definitely top-notch.

Royal Chulan Damansara was definitely worth my money! The room was very spacious and comfortable, making my stay really enjoyable. I was also impressed with the water pressure in the bathroom — it was strong and excellent. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again!
