Wasn't my first time here and they didn't disappoint. Promptly delivered my request for room amenities. Recommended if you have things to do around Petaling Jaya (and even KL!)

Why would someone in the right mind state pay so much for such a lousy hotel. Ran by Bangladeshi, no wonder rooms were dirty. Not worth it at all.

Room is spacious, we like the colour of the room. But the cleanliness should be improved, there is thick dirt in most corner area of the room. The staff are helpful and friendly, even when we complained about the noise above our room, they handled it promptly. We also tried food in hotel restaurants, tomato soup was delicious, but pizza was not. Japanese food was delicious, unfortunately they didn’t give us hotel guests discount. We might choose this hotel again in the future.

The front desk service was poor, and they charged an extra 10 MYR per person. The rooms are old and dated.

Big room and good price but the bathroom cleanings need to be improved.

The hotel has a nice environment. It's located near a residential area, and they serve an authentic local breakfast.

Just to let you know, the air cond is not working properly and the shower heater also isn’t working.
