My wife and I spent four enjoyable days at the hotel and we had very good accommodation and meals and service. Maxine was a very attentive and good waitress in the restaurant. The setting is good with ample car parking near to the reception area

We have stayed in loads of different premier inns and always love our stays however this time not so much. The bed was very un comfy compared to usual standards, marks on the pillows, the sink drain was full of hair and not draining and the room was way too hot despite having the air con on all night at 19 degrees.

Quite a nice modern room on the first floor of the annexe. The bathroom was the main downer: slow draining bathhole, hard to flush loo easily and variable / spurting water pressure. There is a (dirtyish) macdonalds next door and a BP M & S with wild bean cafe. It is near enough to the surprisingly neat Petersfield.

Hotel was clean with comfortable beds, reception staff friendly and helpful but restaurant let down by poor service.

Surly Receptionist was very rude to Family group who wished to continue chatting in Reception area. We returned to the hotel around 9pm, the Bar area stopped serving at 9pm. They locked the Sitting room at 9.30pm. We were told by Bar staff we could continue our chat after 80th Birthday Celebration in Reception. The Receptionist was obnoxious and wouldn't allow us to remain.

After booking it for such a good price we didn’t have high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised! Staff were friendly and helpful, food was great, rooms were brilliant and clean! Would definitely stay again!!
