"This was my first trip to Jordan, and it was a 2-night, 2-day trip, arriving at the airport late at night. When I emailed the hotel for advice, FATIMA gave me some great ideas and even arranged a stay at a sister hotel to combine Petra, Wagram, a dune tour, and the Dead Sea. The hotel was comfortable, and I wished I could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious, and the freshly squeezed orange juice in particular helped relieve my fatigue. ASSEM, the private transfer service contracted by the hotel, was young but experienced, and was always perfectly on time, so I felt completely at ease. Thanks to everyone's teamwork, I had a wonderful time despite the short duration. Thank you very much."

Compared with the Swissotel across the street, the hotel's two restaurants are very good value for money, even cheaper than the tourist restaurants on the street, and there are no flies flying around. I recommend it. The hotel facilities are not new, but it is very comfortable and quiet."

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night in December. Few highlights: - The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable - The breakfast buffet was filling. There were enough protein and carbs to help us hike through Petra - The service was great. The receptionist at the front desk was giving us tips about Petra, and when we left he gave us some nice souvenirs to take home! One thing to note: it is a bit of a further walk to get to this hotel from Petra, but it's not too bad. We did Petra by night, and from the treasury to the hotel (door-to-door), we timed 45minutes. The Petra walk was about 30 minutes. 100% would recommend!! Another thing: if you have time, there is a yemeni restaurant (Sana'a Yemen restaurant) right next to the hotel (3min walk). We decided to eat there for dinner to switch up the food a bit, and it was DELICIOUS."

"Lovely hotel - amazing owner!! We stayed in the Petra Plaza for two nights whilst visiting Petra. The owner met us in the car park and we immediately felt welcome. Whilst checking in we were provided with tips on how to visit Petra which were priceless. The room had everything you needed and included water, fruit, snacks and soft drinks. Breakfast was provided early so we could get ahead of the crowds. On leaving the owner gave each of us a small gift which was lovely. If you are looking to stay in Wadi Musa don’t hesitate and book the Petra cabin"

"We stayed here while exploring Petra. It's a multi-story building that seems to be a converted residential house. It's located in the old town area, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is available right in front of the building. It's great value for money, and the mattresses are quite thick. The owner waited for us to finish our tour before arranging our check-in."
