A hotel with excellent location and environment，I will still check in

Overall, it was good. Despite the lively surroundings, the soundproofing was excellent, and the room was very quiet. The service was attentive; the front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, and there was a gentleman who escorted us to our room. Phi Phi Island is beautiful.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and they even arranged breakfast earlier than the usual opening time because we had an early morning flight. We really appreciated the extra care and thoughtfulness.

For $250.00 usd / Night..., the place just wasn't worth it. There are many other hotels that are at the same caliber as this one for much less.

Coco Bella Hotel is centrally located in Phi Phi, which is definitely its strongest feature. It’s within easy walking distance of restaurants, massage spas, bars, and many of the island’s popular tourist attractions. Very convenient if you want to be in the middle of the action. I’m a fairly extensive international traveler and appreciate luxury when my budget allows, but I also understand that some hotels are simply meant to serve a functional purpose. This property falls into that category. The room wasn’t sparkling clean, but it was adequate for a short stay. The bed itself was comfortable, though the pillows could use improvement. The room was a decent size, but not particularly aesthetically appealing. Amenities were basic: Shower gel, pool/beach towels, bath towels and a washcloth were provided. There may have been some plumbing issues, as a mild sewage odor was occasionally noticeable, which was unpleasant but not overpowering. There is no elevator, however the staff was helpful with luggage, and the flights of stairs are short and manageable. Overall, Coco Bella Hotel works if you’re prioritizing location and practicality over comfort or luxury. It’s suitable for travelers who plan to spend most of their time out exploring Phi Phi and just need a place to sleep at the end of the day.

Good breakfast, clean room, nice pool, best location. At night it was not noisy, our room had pool views.

Everything was good!

Not a good place for family the music will wake you up till 2:30am every night too much noisy the room we were staying the water pressure was so slow that took 5min bath to 20min and the Bum gun at the bathroom was like knife will hurt you so badly no point of installing when people get hurt so far not a good experience not going back again

Terrible experience! Looks like a very cheap motel. On the NYE night someone tried to open our door for many times, and fortunately a friend was at the room and screamed, then the person left. I came back to the hotel to understand what happened, I triend to ask for cameras at reception, but they were not very helpful. The bathroom is awful… gets flooded every time you take a shower. At the return to the port, there was no transportation for our bags, and we had to walk by ourselves there.

Not bad . Bungalow too many insects, better to book a normal room , is much cleaner , no insects.
