Phi Phi Villa Resort Reviews

I scoured through all the hotels on Koh Phi Phi before finally settling on this one. It was quite a journey – during the Chinese New Year, it showed no availability, and I even emailed the hotel to confirm they were fully booked. But then, one day, luck smiled upon me and a room suddenly appeared, which I immediately booked! The hotel isn't right by the pier, which is great as it avoids the noisy bars that go on till late, yet it's still close enough to the pier. It's a mere 10-minute walk for transport, going out for snorkeling, or diving. The hotel also offers its own half-day boat tours, with direct boarding from the beach right in front, which is super convenient and very reasonably priced. The environment is simply stunning – a tranquil and cozy tropical rainforest villa. The pool, breakfast restaurant, and beach are all beautiful. The staff are warm and friendly, and their attention to detail is evident everywhere. Looking at other reviews, besides one overly dramatic negative comment, all others are overwhelmingly positive. The only drawback was that the shower water was a bit cold. It's a shame I only stayed for two nights. You can get a more visual sense from the pictures.

Got ice cream voucher for welcome, and everything near there it’s so comfortable like restaurant, massage shop, laundry shop, ATM machine all next to the villa. Staff really cared and so nice

It is excellent for a 3-star hotel. The bungalows and buildings are very tasteful. The private beach and the swimming pool are awesome. The breakfast is good enough with stunning views. The service is pretty good: helpful personnel in general, except for one of the front desk workers in the morning, who could be nicer.

Beautiful hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Phi Phi. A great swimming pool on site, for a restful stay.

Definitely recommend, the stay was amazing. Perfect location and really friendly stuff.

Wonderful place to be, the area is just amazing. Small villa houses, very nice and a clean, nice pool area. Just drums up 👍🏻 only issue check out at 11am, if you like to use the morning for diving it too less time. Every hour more costs 400 baht. Therefore no 5 stars.

The room condition was a bit poor.

This resort is beautiful. It is on the side of the island and about 15 minutes walk from the centre. They have somebody that takes your bags to the hotel, that is very confenient. Rooms are very big with aircon. They have a pool that can be used and chairs next to the ocean. Breakfast was very nice. They only thing missing for us, was a good bar. But for the rest it was very nice.

DON’T STAY HERE! We had a terrible experience staying in this hotel. The service was so bad. Reception staff treated us very bad. The location is not good, too far from everything. Room was not good, not clean, toilet was not working, shower was not working properly… after check out the reception staff told us that we had to walk to the pier, no bags transportation. It took us almost 30 minutes to reach the pier from the hotel. Staff not friendly. EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED STAY HERE.

Good option in Phi Phi , but needs to improve breakfast options.
