DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! They picked us up from the pier, that was fine. But when we came to the ‘resort’ everything became worst and worst. The people who work there couldn’t speak English, especially at the de desk. The room had mold on the walls besides the bed. The whole room smelled awful! Dirty spots on the bedlinnen. You can’t sit on the toilet, because there is no room for your knee and feet. The water from the swimming pool was dirty. When we decided that we didn’t want to spend our night at this ‘resort’ we left to go to an other place. We tried to say something about our situation and the room. Because they couldn’t speak English, we only got a “okay” and we left. Please go somewhere you can get a clean room.

It was ok. Hotel location is nice but we don’t really enjoy their services. Anyway thanks to you and try to progress more.

The hotel was lovely, the view from my room was stunning ! Very dreamy !! a bit of a walk to the main area but still quite doable. The pool access was wonderful. Cons: The bed wasn’t quite comfortable and the walls are bit too thin. The staff that was stationed in the evening was quite rude to us.

The worst hotel experience in 20 years of traveling. Photos on Trip.com are completely misleading – the hotel looks 50 years older in reality. Our room was filthy, smelly, with mold on the walls and a barely functioning toilet. No cleaning for 5 days. Rude staff, no invoice issued, and they damaged our luggage on the way out. Absolutely not recommended.

Very good position away from town 5mins walk. Picked up at the ferry checked in early no problem. Walk out of hotel pool in front then the beach and free to use sun beds. Booked a 3hr tour at the guy next door very good left early it gets busy. Bar on the beach very friendly. For the price good location clean and friendly but it is old photos on the site were probably taken a while ago. 👍

Excellent view, a nice location and a bit quieter however a bit more out of the way and around a 10 minute walk to the centre, but was not problem at all, very peaceful, friendly helpful staff! Would go back.

Ground floor room is very bad. Front view is ok but you should not choose it because its far distance of main place of Phi phi and service is very bad.

Phi Phi Nice Beach Hotel – Great Stay! Big, clean rooms with an amazing beach view—literally right in front of the water. The price is really good for what you get. Super relaxing and definitely recommended!

Best place I’ve stayed at so far in Thailand due to the location and the views, the hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful.

This so called hotel. Is filthy. Our room was dirty and dangerous. Light hanging from ceiling. Curtains that don't fit so no privacy. Water stains and ingress.fire escape was very dangerous. Door lock broken. Safe in room but not fixed to floor or wall so could be carried away. Window broken with sharp glass. Shower water ran through room. Toilet would not flush. We stayed one night then left without a refund or even a sorry. DONT UNDERSTAND WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN CLOSED DOWN.

It seems many things are happening here such as cleaning and housekeeping…but the rooms itself are dirty 😂. So much NOISE!!!! Around these rooms ! When you approach the pool from the front there are Zero signs at The pool stating no swimming after 21:00 we only saw this extremely faded red and white sign after the Security guard shines the flashlight 🔦 in our faces and screamed at us to get out !!! an extremely rude guy …. When we explained we are residents here speak nicely to us to we can understand him he continuously screamed at us to get out … it seemed we disturbed his sleep as he was sleeping in the reception on the couch 🛋️… we said there is no sign saying we cant swim at night and here he shows us a sign smaller than an A4 page 📃 faded as hell cant see anything and continued to scream at us 😂such an A hole 🕳️
