I noticed this hotel because people said it gives a bit of a nature vibe and things like that. I gave it a try and it didn’t disappoint at all. The breakfast is good and the staffs at the hotel are very kind and helpful to the guests. Recommended!

This hotel was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The staff was responsive and cared for our every need. The reason for a 3 on location was that it's far from town, about a 20 minute walk/hike. You can take a boat, but nothing after 2pm because of tide. That being said, if you want to get away from it all and be in a gorgeous jungle, this is your spot! We stayed 7 nights so went into town quite frequently 😊

This hotel is perfectly situated for those who love a jungle getaway. It boasts two small sandy beaches. We were warned that monkeys might visit, but during our 3-night stay, we only encountered kittens, crabs, hermit crabs, and herons. Long Beach is nearby, but the path to get there is an inconvenient jungle trail. In some spots, you need to hold onto ropes to climb up or down, so we didn't go there much. Breakfast, in our opinion, was a 3 out of 5. The selection wasn't huge, and there were a lot of flies and gnats that you couldn't escape from during breakfast. The pier is about a 15-minute walk along the coastal paths. Boat transfers to the hotel from the pier (for check-in) seem to be available hourly. Tickets for speedboats or ferries off the island can be purchased directly at the hotel.

When they talk about monkeys at the hotel, they're not kidding! A family of monkeys comes in the evening, waiting for you to toss them some treats. The hotel and room are top-notch, and the terrace is really cool. We only stayed for one night, which was definitely too short – you need at least three to truly enjoy it. If you book a room at this hotel, a free transfer in a longtail boat will be waiting for you at the pier to take you to the hotel, and the same applies for your return to the ferry.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2026. I really liked the hotel; it was very atmospheric and unique. The bungalow's design and interior were absolutely stunning, and the view from the terrace was simply a dream. The breakfasts were delicious – a little bit of everything, but all made with soul. We went to Long Beach next door, and I'll never forget the amazing color of the water. The staff were polite, except for one guy who greeted us from the water taxi and swept the restaurant area in the morning. For some reason, he was always grumpy, unhappy, and irritated with tourists, and he didn't hide his displeasure, mumbling something unpleasant under his breath in his own language. I hope the hotel management addresses this soon and takes action. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the hotel and would gladly return to this island and this hotel. I highly recommend this unique experience to everyone.

The road to the hotel is quite scenic, though you need to be careful in some spots. And the views!!! Wow!!! There's a free boat service from the hotel, but the walk was truly impressive, an absolute pleasure. It's quiet, apart from the cicadas, and be careful – monkeys visit the balcony. The room is very cozy. There are pajamas, toothbrushes and toothpaste, face cream, a hairdryer, tea and coffee, a mini-bar (chargeable), and two complimentary bottles of water. Long Beach is not far to walk to. Breakfasts in the morning are good, with plenty of food.

Booked the cheapest room, but got a free upgrade upon arrival. Also they allowed me to check-in earlier, which was very nice. The house I stayed in was very clean, no bugs at all. Some things to keep in mind: - the resort is quite big, so if you end up staying in farther houses, you’ll need to walk to the restaurant and Viking beach for around 5 minutes. The pathways are kinda steep, so it can be inconvenient for elderly and kids or at night; - the walk from the pier to the resort takes around 25 minutes. The views along the way are spectacular. The pathway is manageable even if you wear flip-flops, but I don’t think you should try it if your group has an elder or a kid. I’ll attach some photos of the path for reference; - there’s a lot of cats! Sadly I didn’t have any cat food with me. So if you have a chance, bring cat food! 😁 - you can actually walk to the Long Beach, it will take 5 minutes or so. But the path is not for a weak… You need to hold ropes to climb or to get down. The last photo is the part of that path.

Great quiet place to stay, easy to walk to town, far enough not to have the doof doof from town centre keeping you awake. Bathtub plug didn’t work, maybe ask if it’s working if that’s a feature you are after. Otherwise the place was brilliant, great view, lots of space, very romantic location. Food was great at the restaurant. Saw monkeys wandering around resort and there are cute cats everywhere on the island. Great diving even in low season. Black tip reef sharks, moray eels, clown fish, so much amazing corals.
