Very nice a resort hotel with good natural conditions. Enjoy the clear sea and beautiful coast, can do snorkeling and kayak easily. And nice service let us feel comfortable.

Amazing resort with private beach.

A peaceful place where you feel relaxed (good food, good staff to help you, good accomodations)

It was great experience, if you go there you have to take water taxi ( boat with Thai guy) they try to scam you, if you ask the hotel to rent taxi it should be around 1000-1200 baht, taxi people will ask you to pay 750 baht each person, so try to not get scammed people, Service was amazing, Nature and food everything was excellent, try massage and there is cool show and activities on Fridays and Saturdays. Good luck, you won't regret it,

Positive: The hotel is located in a very beautiful beach. The cabins are surrounded by nature with a view to the ocean. The swimming pool is great with a private beach just beside it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The massage is good and affordable. The nature is really beautiful inside the cabins area. Negative: the hotel was clearly under staffed. The same people working long hours and doing different functions. After the réveillon, the service quality really dropped down. Massage area is too close to the reception, what become extremely noisy for a massage. Swimming pool without service and with the bar closed. I really don’t understand why… they could make some bucks there. Restaurant: without consistency. Some days were great, others only average with the service oscillating a lot. Live music repetitive after 2 nights. A good mechanic music could help. Breakfast: average with few options. Bar: there weren’t fresh juices and the drinks were not special. Cleaning: my daughter found bedbugs on her room. She asked to change the room but the new room have the same problem. Facilities: the hotel looks only and deserves a rebuilding because the location is really premium Réveillon party: they really put some effort into it. But it looked liked a 80s party. Food was ok, not amazing. Fire performance too long and repetitive. Fireworks were great.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The facilities were well kept and the food service was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people. If you want to escape the noise of Ton Sai Pier, go to Phi Phi Natural resort for a peaceful holiday.

Location is stunning, right on the beach on a small ***** of restaurants and neighbouring hotels. Small and quiet resort and beach which was a vast difference from the pier at tonsai. Room was in a separate deluxe cabin of sorts. Would not say this is deluxe. Limited facilities in the room with a hard bed. Natural resort meaning lots of vegetation around which also mean bugs everywhere. In our room, breakfast, at the pool, with dead dried frogs on walkways. This was not maintained by the hotel with limited upkeep throughout the resort. A lot of empty buildings around the resort unused and left is a desolate state. Which is a shame as this resort really could be something special if time and effort was kept to maintain this. Limited facilities in the room and hotel. Breakfast was mostly cold with limited options. Felt unclean to eat so kept to cereal. Food outside of the resort was preferable especially Mammas!! However the staff at the resort and front desk were friendly and helpful especially Bank! Boat trips to Tonsai were expensive but required to explore the island. A Trip from a neighbouring hotel for a speedboat around Phi Phi Li was stunning, lots of opportunities to snorkel and explore with helpful crew members. The trip was the highlight of our stay here!

I love this hotel! The hotel has its own private beach. You can rent snorkeling goggles and fins at the front desk. You can see small fish when snorkeling by the hotel. I booked a boat to Bamboo Island at the front desk and had a lot of fun. The service is very good! I will choose this place next time I go on vacation!

Facilities: Old but complete, the detached cabin is very stylish Environment: The sea in the north of Phi Phi Island is cleaner than that in Tongsai, and the bay in front of the cabin is crystal clear and suitable for snorkeling Overall, it is a cost-effective hotel

After staying for six nights, I felt the following: Hotel advantages: The hotel has a beautiful natural environment. It is very quiet because it is far away from other hotels and restaurants. It is a good place for people to relax. There is a private beach for snorkeling and swimming, and there are not many people (you can rent equipment in the lobby, but the quality is not good, so it is recommended to bring your own). You can also go to the sea when the tide is low in the evening. The hotel swimming pool is in a beautiful location, and it is no problem to lie on the observation deck next to it and chill for a whole day. Hotel disadvantages: After arriving at Lantong Pier on the first day, the staff of other hotels were waiting for guests at the pier early in the morning. However, we waited for at least 30 minutes before we saw anyone, and when people came, they ignored us and went to pick up the supplies they brought until someone paid attention to us at the end. They signaled us to leave with him and did not mean to help us with our luggage. I met jerry🐭 on the first night of check-in, but I can understand this situation, because it is a natural resort, as the name suggests, the ecology must be very good (it is normal to have geckos and insects), but the hotel was not happy when we asked to change rooms. After several negotiations, they had no choice but to change the room. Secondly, the bath water and swimming pool water in the room are filtered seawater. Finally, this is the worst experience of this stay ⚠️ I personally think if you want to do business, don’t do ****** 😑❓ The hotel lobby has a Chinese sign saying not to spit anywhere, and there is also a "Chinese Tenant Notice" (various fines) posted in the room. Most of the hotel staff are warm and responsive to foreign guests, but they are always indifferent and perfunctory to Chinese guests, which makes people feel bad. These situations make me unsure whether the two experiences I wrote above are because the hotel service is not up to par or just because We’re Chinese. If you choose to receive Chinese guests, please treat them fairly and friendly…………
