this app doesn’t tell you that parking for this hotel is $62 per night. The pool was very shallow but nice. The hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff. The bakery goods inside their little store were delicious and fairly priced. The view from our room was awesome as well! I would stay here again!

The checkout was awful . Trying to charge me again even tho I paid in full at booking then when I questioned her she was condescending and tried to explain what charges and taxes meant. Very passive aggressive. Then when I leave I see I got charged another 31$ and when I called in the man who answered tried to say I owed fees . Then the manager tried to get on and act like it was valid when I explained I paid already. I got trip.com where he researched and agreed I shouldn’t have been charged . He goes to them where they agreed to refund due to error and I wake up today to see I was AGAIN charged that fee !!!! Truly feel like they were trying to scam and was hoping I wouldn’t notice !!!!! Loved the venue itself but the manager is not knowledgeable or nice . The man who checked me in was great tho!!!

The service and hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was by the river. The only minor drawback was that there was no subway nearby, making transportation inconvenient, but everything else was great.
