The hotel is relatively easy to find, quite close to the river, and the service is good. However, check-in time in the afternoon can be a bit late; it's officially 3 PM, but if you go around 2 PM, a room might be available if you check with the front desk first. The room isn't particularly large. The only downside to the room is that the toilet faces directly towards the window, so it might be a bit bright in the mornings. There seems to be construction going on next door to the hotel, so there might be some noise during the day, but the hotel provides earplugs, which helps. The hotel offers à la carte breakfast, so you can order whatever you like. The burgers and pasta are quite tasty, and the yogurt bowl is decent. Most options are Western, but they seem to have some local Cambodian breakfast dishes too. Overall, it's pretty good, and the service is quite nice.

I love the atmosphere and location of the hotel and the breakfast was really awesome. The staff are very friendly, and especially liked the bathtub inside the room it’s great for couples. On the downside, the room wasn’t very soundproof. But no worries, the hotel provided sound tips.

I stayed in a suite, it was wonderful, spacious, clean and very beautiful. Great staff, fab roof top bar, excellent breakfast. I enjoyed the stay do much, I was hoping that they had other hotels in locations that I will be visiting, but for now the other hotels are only in Taiwan. For sure next time I return I will stay here

This is the best hotel I’ve had the privilege of staying in, in Cambodia. However I would not be in a rush to return sadly. There is extensive building work happening next door, and from 7am ＞ 7pm all you can hear is drilling, banging and construction. It is genuinely so loud that it felt like our room was shaking (4th floor) and even when you go to the roof (17th floor) you can still hear it. I appreciate the hotel can do nothing about this, but we stayed for 4 nights and probably would have booked somewhere else if we knew how bad the construction work would be.

the room is nice but its dusty, the internet is very slow so you can’t use the TV to enjoy watching a movie from nextflix, the receptionist should be more friendly and welcoming.
