I have very warm memories of my stay at Chaiya Palace Hotel and I would gladly stay there again. The location is excellent, with easy walking access to the Royal Palace, the riverside, and other attractions in Phnom Penh. The room was comfortable, clean, and very nicely designed, and the whole place made a really good impression on me. What I would especially like to highlight is the hotel staff, because they were truly exceptional. Everyone was very kind, warm, and incredibly helpful, which made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Another big plus is the rooftop pool and bar with a beautiful view over the city. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. This hotel combines comfort, a great location, and a truly wonderful atmosphere.

Chaiya palace is central and super convenient to get around to anywhere! Hotel is clean and staff were all very friendly. Breakfast selection is small but definitely suffice

Chaiya Palace was awesome... specially the Location is superb, there's a park in front of hotel, then Royal palace, River viewpoint, aeon mall and many more near hotel... We booked 5 rooms (3 double and 2 single) all rooms was clean, very big compare to other hotel...pool, gym, bar, Cafe they have all. Service and security was very good too, clean everyday ❤️...i liked the most was my 12th floor room sunrise view 🌅 at 5.40 am. would definitely Recommend and come back again ❤️

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the Royal Palace and the National Museum. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the rooftop terrace offers panoramic city views. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. I arrived early they held my bags. I returned later to have the staff take bags and show me to my room. The room was nice and clean. They offered a great morning breakfast and a rooftop pool

Convenient location. Staff had a very limited Chinese vocabulary, and the lobby Wi-Fi was really bad when I checked in, so my translation app wasn't much help (room Wi-Fi was decent though). The service was friendly and good.
