The location is fantastic, right next to Central Market. Phnom Penh is a small city, so getting around to other parts of town by tuk-tuk only costs a little over a dollar, which is really convenient.

I've stayed here multiple times, and this experience was just okay. The air conditioning is very old and wasn't cold enough. After two nights, I requested a room change, which the front desk arranged. The service was alright. The best advantage is its location right by the Central Market, which is convenient for shopping.

Great location and nice environment, very convenient for getting around! The service attitude could use some improvement! But now, it feels like the service has significantly improved! Much better than before! At least the front desk ladies answer you when you talk to them! And that male manager in the white shirt actually thinks before he speaks now! Though he still spends all day chatting up girls.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Central Market 7. It's within walking distance to the National Museum and the Royal Palace, and offers great value for money. Plus, the airport shuttle drops you off at Canadia Park, and it's just a five-minute walk from there.

Staff was not helpful. Dirty bathroom,yellow stains, hotel needs renovation. Table tops and bedside table is dusty. Woke up with a drilling noise at midnight. Receptionist gave wrong room number to other customers and they were forcing their card keys at my door.
