DO NOT stay at this hotel unless you have no other option. There are other much better hotel with better location than this at same or comparable price albeit smaller space. When we arrive the staff told us that the room we booked is not available (DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM WITH NETFLIX). I specifically chose this room as I’m an avid movie fan. The receptionist gave us a substitute room which is MUCH worse. A (sub)standard twin room while the receptionist remarked that the room is “Very good”. As we arrived at the room I was shocked to find that the room is filthy, flooring is dirty and dusty. Worse of all the beds are littered with dark unknown stains and lots of shedded hair and there isn’t even a TV in the room. We returned to the receptionist to cancel the booking and applied for refund on Trip app. As soon as the cancellation request reached the property they just rejected it immediately without even looking at the request detail. In my opinion this hotel is more akin to greedy tourist trap. I would recommend anyone who wants to book a room at this hotel to choose pay at hotel option in order to avoid regrets later as the property will not entertain any refund request for any reason.
