Excellent hotel. Incredible value for money! Very good. I'll definitely stay here again. I stayed for several nights and it was fantastic. The seafood at Guangdong Seafood City downstairs was fresh and delicious, simply amazing!

The sink was blocked, and the bathroom drain was also clogged, emitting a foul odor. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese. The pillows were dirty, and both the sofa and chairs had stains. The bathroom floor was covered in water marks – it was genuinely very dirty. This is a bad review, and I suggest Ctrip remove this hotel from their listings. I'm a platinum member and have stayed at several hotels while exploring abroad, but the experience at this one was truly unacceptable. I have to go to another hotel today. You should deal with this hotel promptly. Moreover, Ctrip seems completely incapable of handling such issues. Booking hotels through Ctrip for international travel offers absolutely no guarantee; it's too risky.

This is a great value-for-money residence hotel. It's conveniently located near a large shopping mall, Aeon Mall, and there's also a Korean restaurant nearby.

Good, clean, great facilities, friendly staff, everything was good. Very comfortable and peaceful. Sooooooo good!

Although the cleaning was a bit lacking, the location more than makes up for it. You can get anywhere quickly with a tuk-tuk. Having a swimming pool is a big plus, and it's nice to have hot water. However, I noticed a strong cigarette smell in the hallway, at least on my floor. Also, the shower and toilet were very small compared to the room itself.

Very pleasant accommodation with a nice view over the river, good beds, friendly service, and clean rooms.

I really liked it here. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and even helped me with my luggage. The atmosphere was also great, and there are many food options nearby. It's also very convenient to get around.
